We have two heavy duty trucks that were purchased from another dealership. We choose this dealership for all of our maintenance. We could not be happier from a service and customer relations stand point. Today I phoned with one small criticism. The service manager, Ryan, listened well and thanked me for the criticism. He assured me that he would bring it to the attention of his shop foreman, and that they continue to strive for quality service. We will continue to bring all of our vehicles here in the future!

Have an appointment..great.! WAIT FOR 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I was reminded by phone that my oil change was due to keep the lifetime engine warranty active. Great... I made my appointment for a Saturday at 10:30am. The place was jammed with vehicles with only ONE MECHANIC to be seen!. The associate moved a few vehicles quickly to get my car in. After about 45 minutes waiting , I went to check to see my car outside. (thinking it was done ) . "sorry sir, we ran out of oil filters and had to go get some more"....what? no way. How can a shop run out of oil filters? They knew my vehicle was coming in no? .."Sorry sir, its out of my control". So I called an Uber to take me home... to be called 2 hours later that they are finished. All in all it took over 3 hours to get oil changed. . No fault to the poor fella running the shop on his own, but management needs to support their operation with a parts department that can stock their shelves properly and enough staff to support , at the very least, appointments for service. Perhaps they want to frustrate me so that I'll never come back? This will void my engine warranty of course. Big points to the guy in the shop who didn't have the nerve to charge me when pressed. I really feel badly for his situation and I know he is doing the best he can with no support. Sad to see.

Had a bad experience with them. We bought a brand new truck and asked for different repairs before we drive it home. We agreed on everything but it β€˜β€™couldn’t’’ be done right away so we got promised that it would be done quickly and that we would get a full tank of gas out of it, for our trouble, as we live pretty far. Truck was there for 3 weeks, the bumper was supposed to be changed completely (it was important to us and we made sure to agree on it before signing anything) but ended up just being repaired, communication was horrible and on top of everything we got the truck back completely empty. Needless to say that we are not going to buy any other vehicle from them nor would we ever recommend doing business with them as they can’t deliver on their promises.

Capital Dodge Buyers Beware! Eddie from Capital Dodge sold me a used 2019 Nissan Kicks on Monday. I did a test drive and all was fine. When I got home and tried to start it, no dice. I called roadside assistance and had the car boosted twice the same day I purchased it and a third time the following morning so I could drive back down there. When I returned to the dealership the next day, I questioned how the car passed their "150 point safety inspection" when the first item was "car starts normally." Eddie then informed me that the car never started on its own and that he boosted it before my test drive and again before I drove it off the lot. He said he only needed to disclose accident history, not if the car battery works. I would have had no way to know and he showed no remorse for selling a vehicle that did not run without disclosing it. I spent most of the day yesterday trying to get them to make this right. Nobody mentioned that there was a 48-hour money back guarantee for all their used cars. Thankfully, I received a Facebook ad that mentioned the return policy and I was lucky enough to have them give me my money and the car I traded-in back after much wasted time, energy, negotiation, and tears. It's unethical and I will be reporting it to OMVIC, but I just wanted to share this here in hopes that my neighbours don't fall victim to the same scam. I'm sure they will be re-listing the 2019 Nissan Kicks I returned shortly. Run the other way.

This review is to be taken with a grain of salt because I am an inexperienced car buyer so maybe what transpired was my partly my fault for not fully understanding how buying a car works. I've never bought a car from a dealership before so I was super nervous when I made an appointment to see a Honda Civic Hatchback here. The car was amazing but I didn't end up buying it even though they tried their best to sweeten the deal. I just felt very overwhelmed and intimated by their finance guy who threw a bunch of numbers at me very quickly and gave me warranties that I wasn't even sure I wanted and so feeling like I was being taken advantage of, I dropped the deal to get the car. Nonetheless, the salesmen I was working with, Moe and Josh, were very friendly and helpful and tried their best to rectify the situation and it's their kindness and professionalism that might get me back to look at another car there in the future.

Always receive great service. Service advisors always willing to explain things and go the extra mile for their clients. I drive the extra 40 minutes to this dealership to have my maintenance done as they never try to sell me something I don't need, or treat me like "just a woman, what does she know". Their service is great and they have my loyalty. Will continue going there and will most likely purchase my next vehicle there as well. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

Tim is great to deal with in sales, very laid back and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Honest individual, no pressure, easy to talk to, very enjoyable to deal with all around. Ken was easy to interact with and showed us varying options for warranties and extras that could be added with purchase. Everyone at the dealership made it a pleasant experience and were very friendly and polite. Wide selection of vehicles in stock and on the ground. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to the new ride!
