He was able to source what we were looking for and in less than a week we have our new edge thanks to the work of the Kanata Ford team. Big thanks to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not even a huge Ford fan but I'll buy them just to deal with these guys. The sales people are easy to deal with, finance people are super competent, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the service department. They even corrected mistakes made by another "specialist" who worked on my Mustang.
They had a bit of a rude girl working the loaner car desk a ways back but she's been replaced with someone very pleasant, so I can't think of any downside to the place which is a rarity for car dealerships.
Definitely recommend.

When I went to pick it up the gentleman that helped me, pulled the vehicle right up to the door and cleaned my car off for me. I will definitely be booking again with any issues that arise. This was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences we’ve ever had. From the friendly greeting to the time, we signed for our new vehicle.
Overall a 5-star experience.
Our sales representative Chris Sellathurai was very polite and patient with all our questions and gave us the time we needed.
We also had the pleasure to meet Nicky Morin the best finance manager around. She made our visit comfortable and stress-free.
