The mobile shop is located inside Loblaws on Terry Fox in Kanata
Ireturned when it was convenient for me and the transfer was done seamlessly! Also upgraded my phone which was NOT tied in to my phone plan. Nice option Wissam is very knowledgeable and professional

I set up an appointment for upgrading my phone and phone plan online, and the person I spoke to over the phone helped answer a lot of questions and communicated with the Kanata store about my phone needs. Both he and the person I spoke to in store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Alex!
They only had one particular phone case in stock (that both someone else and I were interested in), so they called the Superstore location to set it aside for me. (Also thank you to the service rep at that location too! :D)
I would definitely recommend The Mobile Shop. :)
(Also I'm not the best at writing reviews, but I wanted to do so as I had a lovely experience with that shop. :D)
