★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internal microphone on my iPhone stopped working. Brought it in to UBREAKIFIX. They had the part and said I could pick up the phone at around 6:30PM which I thought was super-quick! I brought it in at around 2PM. Got home and was enjoying a coffee when I received a call at around 3PM to say that the phone was good-to-go! Excellent service and turn-around time. Prices for repair are beyond excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my iPhone fixed there… for more than 400$ never say it is not genuine part. Discover later it is giving message then I have to look into the invoice where it says that, I feel very stupid to repair it there… price has changed from what he offered in the beginning, it just added 100$. I was in need to repair it otherwise will never do. I Won’t recommend this service unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone had a blank screen and various troubleshooting would have the phone boot up with a full green screen, and then black after a few seconds. Unable to respond to taps where "things" would be.
They replaced the screen, but noticed that after a few minutes the taps would stop working.
Tried a second screen, still the same issue. Unfortunately the problem is also with the motherboard, so that means a new phone. :(
With the second screen still connected, they verified that the google backup had recently updated and Dropbox received recent photos.
They replaced the original broken screen and returned the phone.
No charge for all that effort! I insisted on paying a diagnostic fee, but they would not accept it.
Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple, fast, straight and good service. My iphone8 plus had a broken screen for many months during the pandemic. When I tried repairing it at the apple store it was super expensive and would have to wait weeks for an appointment and it would not be done the same day. At this store it was a simple booking for next hour service, and next hour pick up and the phone is like new and half the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought A71 with not charging issue. I was told its unfixable. So I took it to youtube and fixed myself. See attached image. Staff was friendly and polite and I apriciate the free diagnostics. It is my understanding that service has to follow certain partnership rules and hence issue like mine does not have official fix by Samsung. I wish they could have offered jumper cable solution. Also they lost North board to board connector gasket during dignostics (seen on the image attached), its present on south connector. Ill say this service seems to orient on part replacement but anything beyond that is under question, like my problem which needed some deep digging.
