★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent team, highly recommended. Had my phone screen replaced but FaceId wasn’t working reliably anymore. Brought it back to the store and they spared no effort trying to find the root cause. In the end, I had a second screen installed and now everything works perfectly again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe your money and your health. Do not get them to touch your I phone. I brought my I phone because the charger was not working, they charged me &110 and damaged the phone microphone. Now I can not use my phone because the mic is not working. I took it to them 3 times and every time they tell me that the issue has been fixed. I wish if I have not taken my phone to them at least I could charge it wireless.now I can charge it but can not use it anymore. I am going to buy a new one because of their incompetence.

Most of the times When I am typing it is not responding. Waste of money and time
Update: Pursuant to this review, I was contacted by them and they repaired it. The issue seems to have been resolved. I was surprised by the promptness and great customer service. Thank you folks. I am changing my review to 5 start

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Robot saved by the dedicated staff at illFixit. Tobbie the robot suffered an accident and a critical wire was severed. After visiting another shop close by who had said No, they could not help us we went to illFixit. Perfect service and the robot was saved! Our grandson is going to be so happy! Thank you so much for the lovely service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make that ten stars. If your old like me you know little about current day technology and most repair stores have younger people that really are not interested in helping people like me. Then i found this company. Two young clean cut guys who have more patience than i do who are helpful, considerate, knowledgeable and excel at customer service. The price........was 1/2 of what i was quoted elsewhere.

I waited several months for another part to come in and was never contacted again. I decided to take it to illFixit Wireless and they repaired it within 24 hours. Works great now and I am completely satisfied. The staff provided excellent courteous service and I would recommend them for your repairs.
