One of the worst experience I have ever had. I do have a geeksquad insurance and still they can not help me to replace a device and even with Samsung direct vendor warranty they can't help. Everything I have done from myself and they are just standing.

Horrible experince Staff was not maininting 6 feet for social distance. Five of them came at me within a few minutes of entering the store. Will ever shop at Best Buy again.

Bought a range hood for a new build. The house was delayed due to covid. I went in yesterday looking to exchange it at the Kanata location. The Range hood has never been used or opened. Long story short we need a range hood with duct free recirculation. They would not exchange it cause the appliance was bought over 30 days ago. When I explained the situation the staff was nice but they did care at all. I was not looking to get the money back, I was just looking to exchange for a range hood that would work in our new build. We bought all our appliances from Best Buy its very sad to to see this is how they treat customers.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air that was set up effectively by the Geek Squad. Before I was aware of it, Best Buy informed me by e-mail that my credit card was charged twice for my purchase. They told me that I had to do nothing and that it would be corrected soon. True to their word, a credit was applied to my credit card and the problem was corrected in a very timely manner. Kudos to Best Buy for good service!

I arrived 30 minutes before closing looking for 2 identical laptops. After waiting around for 20 minutes I was finally offered help. ( It always takes so long to get any help... consistently). Once Mark jumped in to help I explained I knew exactly what I wanted and he just had to grab them. Online it said they had 6 but he could only find 1. Even though it was at closing time he started digging in all the cupboards, shelving and refused to give up. He recruited Ratio, Aiden, and sunny. They were all searching the store until success! I left impressed and happy. They never made me felt rushed at any point even though I was the last one leaving the he store. Job well done fellas! If you are looking for good employees look no furtherAsk for Mark!

Sorry to see service levels so poor at Best Buy! Plenty of staff but no greeting at door, no service at cell phone desk and area. Staff need serious customer service training. Best Buy has absolutely lost our business which will include new large screen TV and new laptop in immediate future. .

Do Not shop at this store they knew they are only the choice for electronics they take advantage of this they charge back stocking fees for returns and they do their best don’t excepted to returns they are so rude.

Purchased a treadmill at the end of February. Built the item and the belt doesn't move on the item. Called the manufacturer and spent 1 hour on hold and 3 hours with them running different diagnostic options. Nothing worked. The company shuts its call center at 4:30 everyday and if you don't call by 4 you are automatically disconnected. Finally was able to get through to them and spent 2 hours on a video call showing them the motor and several other parts. They believed it was a wire that was faulty (not 100% sure on it but it is what they suspected), they said it would take 2-3 weeks to receive the part because they didn't have it in stock. After 2 weeks of waiting I've called everyday and sent emails daily to the manufacturer to get an update. After a week of trying I've given up, called Best Buy to get a return or exchange for a different treadmill. The first lady I spoke to said that since it was defective that I could return the item. She transferred me to the department that schedules pickups and delivery, the lady in this department informed me that I couldn't return the item since it was open. Even though I couldn't know that it was defective if I didn't open and build the treadmill. Instead of helping out a customer, they stick to their policies and provide no help to me. They say that only the manufacturer can do something about it but after weeks of no contact I'm stuck with this 300 pound paper weight with no hope of it ever being fixed.
