First time in Mucho Burrito. I loved the food. Had the Balbacoa bowl, my partner had Balbacoa burrito. We also had Jarritos flavored Lime and Mango. This is a must-try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it 0 stars. Went at 9:35pm and tried the drive-thru but the woman employee was not understanding a simple order of a burrito bowl so we went inside instead to make it easier for her. I asked for black beans in the bowl and after realizing there was none, I asked again if the worker put any in and she just huffed and puffed, mumbled, and turned away not answering my question. Bad customer service and on top of that I paid $1.50 for guac and when I went to eat, it was a half unripe piece of avocado so hard I couldn't even bite into it. I went back in to ask for different guacamole and the new guac they gave me had a pit in it. Never given a google review before but was really disappointed with my experience at this location, won't be back again.

While i got the burrito bowl and i think the girl behind the counter her name was raman,
She did the amazing job, while she was making my bowl,
She added everything i said and greeted me very well
Definitely deserve 5 star
I would definitely go back and eat again,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen they recently changed management and it explains my recent issues. Regular burritos are now the size of a small but the price is the same. I emailed a complaint a little while ago via the official website after having dealt with a less than friendly worker and never heard back. It's disappointing since this was the best place for burritos in the area but I now feel like I'm being ripped off/my business isn't appreciated or wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering process is so slow and painful at the drive through.
The sign says “say hello” but it takes a bit for someone to respond and take the painful slow order.
That was the best part of todays visit.
After spending almost $25 on two regular burritos, we are back on the road…..take a bite and 80 percent of the rice is un and under cooked. One bite was painful enough on the teeth.
The re routing with our meals was not worth the refund, especially when she said to bring the bitten ones back, like why….take a bite of the rice sitting on the line, it’s uncooked and hard.
I’ll just add it up to a place I will not return.
Slow service, poor service and undercooked food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a fan of the brand but to be honest this time I didn’t get the best services as usual… the lady behind the counter has a lazy and unfriendly actitud, I asked her to mix brown rice and quinoa and she refused ( even tho I’ve done the same several times) plus she didn’t even bother to get new sour cream, chipotle and hot sauce when the containers were empty. Then, my buddy got this full size bell pepper in his mucho size. Completely Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive thru and I was pleasantly surprised that my order was fast. All done within 5 mins. I ordered the Steak Burrito Bowl and a kids meal of the Chicken Quesadilla. Food tasted great. However when I got home, the kids meal was missing the tortilla chips and dip. My picky eater was upset but luckily I had an alternative at home.
Overall great food and friendly service. But... There were missing products in my order.
