โ โ โ โ โ Former worker of this store.Management was terrible. The manager(owner) was racist and discriminatory towards black or muslim individuals. she would force the employees to fire/hire people based on their race and no respect towards the workers AT ALL,would talk to her employees in such a rude manner in front of customers.Teenagers/Students running the store since there was no manager,and only 1 supervisor. Didnโt pay us enough, took a big amount of tips and payday was always late because she would forget the paycheques. I canโt believe this place is still open and sheโs running the store like nothing happened. It shouldโve shut down months ago.

โ โ โ โ โ I knew that the manager in this store was extremely rude towards the employees, but the discrimination towards people of colour and muslims is just unacceptable! i donโt get HOW they are still open after all the complaints and unacceptable business conditions that are just ridiculous, racist and islamophobic. from the reviews, i see that the owner is no different from the manager, so i will never come back here. if there is even a tiny bit of ethics how the businesses should run, this place should be definitely closed. you go to preso tea instead, donโt support this ridiculous place.

โ โ โ โ โ Great juices, but understaff and also under invested. Has only one blender, it means that only can make ine at the time, and takes forever to wash and "sanitize". Took moee than 30 minutes for one juice. Not coming back again

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the matcha milk tea 30% sugar less ice. It was soooooo sweet. Also Iโve never waited over 15 minutes for a drink. I prefer chat time. Itโs a great drink and wait time is usually less than 3 min for your drink

โ โ โ โ โ Coco has delicious bubble tea, made to order. You can adjust the sweetness, ice level and add sweet tapioca pearls or many other toppings like jellies. It's a refreshing drink perfect for a hot day. This place is priced well, not as expensive as some other bubble tea places.
I recommend the brown sugar tapioca or the winter melon juice, both so flavorful!

โ โ โ โ โ I read other peoples reviews and wanted to say that they are spilling facts. I don't know how they pass the provincial or municipal guidelines. The manager was always rude to me because I was not Asian. They treated me so bad that I couldn't even stay there for 3 months. Everything that the owner and manager doing is illegal. Their sanitary is poor, they are racist, they don't provide basic employee rights, and they have really toxic working environment. I am shocked that it is still open to this day. Don't apply to a job here. Also there are better places to get bubble tea, trust me.

โ โ โ โ โ Experience was amazing 10/10! Staff was amazing and quick to give me a recommendation that was made fast and tasted amazing! I did ask the girls behind the counter how they were doing and they were clearly not impressed with management, they highlighted the review recently made about race discrimination and I'm sad to here it, I hope they can find a healthy place of employment. However the drink tasted great and if those two girls are reading this i hope leaving went smoothly!
