โ โ โ โ โ Ordered two drinks tonight. The first was a regular milk tea which tasted super perfumey, and the other was a double chocolate milkshake that was basically just chocolate chunks in icy water. Yuck.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely amongst my favourite bubble tea shops. They have a great selection of fruity and classic bubble teas. Decent selection of toppings. The staff and management are friendly and quick. Even with the usual line up, service is fast and convenient.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my daughter for an Original Milk Bubble Tea, was amazed at the selection to choose from. I love the fact that fresh seasonal fruits are added to these drinks. What a fantastic way to start or end your day.

Here's the thing, though. Twice in the past week I was in your store when a customer came in, waited a minute, then left. They saw that there was only one person manning the store and decided to leave when they realized it would take 5 minutes or more to get a tea.
I suspect you would make more money with two people manning the operation. I will keep coming and waiting as long as it takes, but I hate to think you are losing customers because you only have one (hard-working) employee running the show. Business will probably pick up in the summer; I hope you invest in your business and staff the place better...you will make a lot of money this way!

โ โ โ โ โ This shop is one of the newer independent bubble tea shops in Ottawa. Most brand name shops are pretty bland and meh. This shop actually uses real fruit in many of their drinks to give it some extra quality flavour. The tapioca pearls are perfect in texture and flavour. It's one of the few shops that offer milkshakes with tapioca toppings. They have all the popular flavours and add ons. The decor is very nice. The store is always clean. Customer service is 5 stars. They have a cheese topping with at first sounded really weird but is surprisingly tasty lol.
I would definitely recommend this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Super impressed with this little place in South Ottawa. Pearls were perfect, not too chewy yet not falling apart. Staff was kind and patient as I perused the menu. This location has a different varieties than other popular bubble tea joints in the city. Would definitely go back here before a main stream competitor. Friendly staff delicious product thumbs up.
