K	Khooshboo Soocheta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really not great for me to leave an unpleasant review but I am doing this so that you train your staff on how to talk to customers and also to give correct information. I called on Thursday to ask information on behalf of my husband about how long the result will take for the PCR testing and i was told if testing is done on thursday, he will get the result either by the evening or the following day. When i called again this morning, i was again told that he will get the result today itself and to wait for a call from the pharmacy. Already the whole day went by, now in the evening i called again and i got a very rude unpleasant lady talking with me that i have to wait and that she does not have any information. She was not even prepared to listen to me and keep on talking rudely. So, please tell your staff to communicate well with customers.

I hate this place, if I could i’d get them shut down. Just for the fact that they know exactly what they’re doing. Making appointments back to back ONLY 5 minutes apart. All whilst knowing it is impossible to get through them at the time of they’re appointments. All I can say, waiting in the cold for a good hour is not fun. Not to mention that they only have two rooms in the back. Place is always packed and yet still no one seems to get what they actually came for. horrible customer service DO NOT GO THERE

I like to say loud and clear the pharmacist lacks professionalism, customer service, and respect. She comes across angry and extremely rude. I do not recommend this pharmacy and please stay away because you will be very disappointed regardless of what service you are looking for. I wish she learned to respect others.
B	Bea Kirongozi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in because I needed a PCR test for my job. I am a frontline worker. I specifically mentioned it. I also filled in a bunch of forms... Twice. The first time I went in the said they needed proof that I worked where I work. I offered to call my employer to provide said proof. Not acceptable. I went back 3 days later with a lot of proof.....nobody even asked me for it . However I was given a rapid test and charged $50. I found another pharmacy that performed the test I needed with no charge. PCR no charge!!! I am not happy with the services rendered. They were very nice but didn't provide the service needed.

When they lied to me about a service regarding travel I lost respect and trust because the pharmacist she was incredibly rude and made me feel guilty for her own mistakes. She does not care for the customers needs but to take money and she has poor service.

They were very busy, line up outside, but gave fast, professional service. The lady who did the test was gentle and efficient. My results were ready in 15 minutes. It was expensive $75 but they said this is due to the kind of rapid test they did. I am happy that I found a pharmacy near me, could book the test online for the next day, get results fast, and the high level of overall good professional service. Thanks!

I was able to walk in and get my booster shot and leave with a new pharmacy to trust my medication with. Despite it being rather busy as I over heard they do 4 different tests as well as the vaccination walk ins for both shots and the flu shot. The phones were constantly ringing they would finish with one and pick up another call imediatly as well as attending to the patients in the pharmacy. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is the most caring and personable pharmacist I have ever met... Even when she is busy she takes the time to make you feel at home. The staff somehow always have a positive attitude and are constantly busy cleaning, sanitizing and meeting everyone's needs.

They answered all my questions, took care of me in a timely manner and made sure I left the pharmacy completely satisfied. I strongly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for friendly and quality service, the staff were patient and kind with every customer with each of their individual needs.
