Michel has been very effective and reducing my pain and increasing my mobility. His comprehensive manual therapy method is intense, but quickly achieves results. I have been impressed with his knowledge and experience. He is able to find and identify problem areas by touch. I notice improvements after every session. He has a direct, no nonsense approach which is great for maximizing the time spent correcting problems.

He has helped me with many injuries through the years, including sport, overuse and desk sitting issues. More recently I have added Michael Dinh, message therapist. Michael listens and then hones in on exactly the muscle groups causing the problem using a variety of tactics to resolve it. He has helped resolve the last remaing stubborn vestiges of an old knee injury. It was at 98% and he moved it to 100%. Interestingly, it's made a huge difference to my overall balance.

I injured my shoulder three years ago and have been participating in physio, acupuncture and dry needling with minimal improvement. Kirk is very knowledgeable, skilled and has good interpersonal skills. I have seen him three times in a two week period with great results. Thank you so much Kirk! The staff at the front desk are also pleasant and accommodating.
