β β β β β Went for a Bike Tune-up for a bike ordered on Amazon. I explained that I want the bike to be safe and functional. Got it back and stored it. Today I used it and its horrible.
Front tire not mounted properly, dangerous
Front break not adjusted, not working
High Gear lever is stuck in middle gear
Back break just barley works
Paid almost $100!! Seriously Kunstadt, are you trying to get me killed?

β β β β β Very friendly staff and a good, fairly priced selection of items. An employee I believe by the name of Matt was very knowledgeable on cycling tools and really helped us out. Definitely would recommend their services.

β β β β β Jake was a great help to me and his superb customer service help with a issue I had trying to separate two bicyles that were stuck together during transport in the back of my SUV. I tired many times to separate the two but without success, so after three days of not being able to ride I decided to get professional help. Within 10 minutes Jake had the bikes apart and a big smile on my face of relief. I have since purchased a bike carrier so I don't have this problem again, but just wanted management to know what help Jake was to me with great knowledge and patience that will cause me to come back to your store for other needs (if and when) in the future. A++ to Jake, thank you again!

β β β β β Went in yesterday and was greeted right away by a staff member. Told him what I was looking for skis and he showed me my best options and gave a thorough breakdown of all the products. Grabbed me multiple pairs of boots to try on and helped me find the best fit. Super helpful and knowledgable staff

β β β β β I called this location to ask about buying a pair of Nordica Enforcer downhill skis. The warehouse did not have in stock the skis that I wanted and needed, but Matt, who works in store at this location, helped me from the phone and was excellent! He was friendly, fun, knowledgeable. I know skis well but he really helped provide that extra bit of knowledge and insight to help me decide what would be best for me both in terms of ski and length. I don't live in Ottawa, so will likely never get to the store, but just wanted to share my positive experience with Matt's knowledge!

β β β β β 0 Stars- Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Originally told by staff it would be a couple of days to fix my bike. Waited 3 weeks (which I had to call on several times to find out when it would be ready). Bike was returned, only one of the items I wanted fixed was dealt with (a flat tire). Staff and technicians clearly not paying attention and I suspect over their head. Will never return.

β β β β β Apparently it takes a month for them to fix a bike flat tire. Don't bother ever going there.
On follow up to their reply, the bike was left on my wife's name Grazielle.
It was there for a whole week and after calling them many times, it was said that they do not knew when it could be fixed and sarcastically said it could be a month's worth of wait.
It was not promised to be fixed the next day and we were never given an realistic estimate, it was just pushed back. After a week of nothing, we lost our patience and took the bike back and fixed it the same day at another store in bank st.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

β β β β β What can I say if I can give more stars I would. In the middle of a pandemic and a Ontario Lockdown the level of customer service for this location went over and above. I made an call to them at 1030 am to ask if I can get squeezed in for minor rear brake adjustment. I explained to them that I help teach youths in my area ride the local trails and help them build confidence on down hill trails. I had the bike there before 1045 and I picked it up at 2pm all fixed and I was able to ride with the kids that night. Thank you for the excellent level of customer service and just being a nice human an squeezing it in on what I can imagine a really busy day.
