Our family enjoys shopping here for our sports needs. The employees are very polite and helpful. The store has good sales and good variety of products to chose from. Check their website before going because some of their online sales might not be advertised in the store. Happy shopping!

We had purchased an Italy Euro jersey as a gift for someone with a guarantee that we could return it if the sizing was incorrect. Every one of the staff members were extremely helpful on the phone. When I brought it back to return a day after the gift had been opened, the manager was less than professional. She came to the desk saying β€œI can’t return this, it’s going to sit on my shelf and no ones going to buy it and I’m going to lose money. Had you brought it back the day of the Euro or the day after, maybe I could have sold it, but now it’s going to sit there and I’m going to lose money.” I told her that printed on her receipt, it said return within 15 days of purchase, which is in fact what we did. I also told her that it was a gift and I had to wait for them to open it before it got returned. It really isn’t my concern whether or not your item is going to sell, not my problem. If you don’t want to take items back, then change your return policy, or perhaps get a new manager. The cashier was really friendly and returned it with no problems. If their manager was as kind and willing to help as the rest of the staff, there would not have been an issue. Bank St. location.

Great soccer store and I have been going there to buy all my soccer cleats, jersey, pants over the years, but I had a terrible experience yesterday returning a product to get something more expensive. Similar to Filo and Luca, I had a terrible customer service returning/exchanging a cleats that I bought for my daughter. Basically, the excellent staff who was helping me and my kids that day made a mistake about the price. She told me its $32 dollar but when I checked my receipt just as I was getting to the car, I noticed that its $52 dollar. For a 5 year old who is trying a new sport, I don't feel like pay $50 for a cleat that she might not use or outgrow in a few month. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back because the store is closed and we were the last few customer to leave the store. So I said I will return it and kept the bag and the receipt together until I have a chance to return it. I would have caught the mistake if there was display to see the price as the cashier scans the products. Feedback number 1, please put a display so that customers can see what is being scanned and the price. So I went to return/exchange the cleats yesterday. Everything was fine and I picked up something more expensive to buy. Unfortunately, the guy serving me have a question with their computer system, so the manager came to help. She sorted out the problem and then she opened the cleat box. The bottom of the cleats had some dirt on it. She looked at me like I am tricking her into accepting an already worn soccer cleats. I said I brought it back as it was given to me because of an incorrect price. I completely understand that the manger has to do her job and check, but the manner that it was done was rude. In fact, I should be upset because I was sold dirty cleats. She finally accepted the product after some unwelcome and rude remarks. I didn't even receive my original receipt. Poor customer service!!! Nothing more to say here. My Feedback: 1) Please put a display at the cashier. 2) Check your cleats are clean before you sell it to a customer. We expect to buy new items. 3) Be polite no matter what when you are dealing with your customer because we come there for the experience and supporting a local business. We can potentially buy these products for cheap online but why not support a local business. I will be back next time but I hope to have a customer experience. Thank you

Clean store, high quality product, friendly staff. Great clothing and shoes for gym, soccer, running. They also sell compression wear and water proof clothing. However, you can not find swim and snow game gears.

Excellent service. Found some fine indoor soccer shoes. I’m happy because DiSalvo is on my club’s territory: Ottawa Internationals!

Nice store, great products, but our associate... the worst. We needed some soccer gear for my teen, and i know little about the gear so we thought we'd try a speciality store. The store was very nice, clean and organised. I know nothing about cleats and wanted some help, but the young woman helping us seemed annoyed that we asked her. Maybe because it was a half hour before close or maybe she just had a bad day. When we asked for guidance she pointed at the wall and said "there's the cleats". They were pricey so I asked for some guidance for a recreational player, she seemed even MORE annoyed and said to just pick the one we wanted to try on. In the end she gave us no feedback or help other then dropping the box on the bench and walking away. We were in a pinch so went ahead with no help from her whatsoever. If someone had a specific product they wanted I'd suggest the store, if they wanted help I'd recommend going elsewhere,
