Kid says and I quote "not like that I won't" after the displaced comment on his part, I reiterated and specified that I had said please. At this point I'm beginning to be increasingly insulted by the poor costumer service. I spoke to the manager and left the store without purchasing. I will never step foot in that store again.

Its a partner with Canadian Tire so remember to bring your triangle card if you're buying something. The selection of clothes and shoes is nice. You'll see more modern looking stuff here. If you're looking for colorful outrageous things you're in the wrong place.

My last pair started to fall apart two months after I got them and now the new pair already has a constant annoying sound in the left shoe after two weeks. If you need shoes get them somewhere else, I can no longer trust this store after two pairs back to back started to fail so soon given how expensive they are.

J	Juthapat Bharnthong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for last minute shopping since we would have our first ski lesson. Sorry, we knew that we should not do this. We want to ski for the first time although we were busy. A staff was walking through an aisle, stopped, greeted us without a smile and saying a very short "Hi". From his eyes, he was staring at us like thinking why we were there 7 ish p.m. when the store was not yet closed until 8 p.m. So we asked him nicely about ski pants. We asked whether they were out of stock or somehow that i was surprised that there were nothing to see. We could not believe with such the attitude after we aked. The responses were walking away while saying "No, we do not have." "You guys are too late for the season". Well, we also have another life. We did not believe that we would hear something a bit rude. So we walked away from the store without purchasing anything. Our suggestions are that there are nicer ways to say to show good customer service such as "we are sorry that they are out of stock." Or you could say "Maybe you could try somewhere else." If you could have said nicely, customers would feel great and be store loyalty rather than be scared and probably would not go back again. I have been in Canada for a year. The only thing that i am still doubt about some of the places have much more rooms for improvement in terms of customer services. And again, no matter which job you do, it is the job we are proud or happy with. Thank you. Cheers, One potential customer.
