E	English English on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere here is amazing, it's so friendly and calming. The baristas were so friendly and kind. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is just because the food is soooo expensive. $16 for 2 sandwhiches ?? if the food wasn't insanely expensive I would've gave if 5 stars. If you want a nice calming environment this is def the place to check out. Just avoid buying wraps and sandwhiches here ?

When I went to get my offer, I found a very bad treatment, as if I was sharpened. They said in the first time that the offer was not done yet, and in the second time that the coffee was not available even though they were a coffee shop, I felt very insulted how Fido allows it to insult its customers like this, and this was in the branch of Merivale street.and the front counter guy was very rude ?

The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and helps me calm down before heading to work. The gentleman who's served me each time is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and helps me start my mornings off right. I highly recommend this place. It's also quite spacious and offers multiple seating areas and arrangements for your personal preferences. Try the Caramel Chip Frapé!!

Try their ginger molasses cookies, SO GOOD! Super clean, friendly service and great products. What more could you ask for? ???

She explained that it was because of the espresso beans that had a bitter taste. Lady working is new so she had to call her boss. Boss (named Badr) refused to allow us to substitute but offered instead to redo the same latte. Problem is that it is the espresso beans that taste horrible (and I drink lattes on a daily so I know how they should taste). Boss refused to allow the substitutes. So I kindly asked for a refund. Once again. Refused. VERY CHEAP BOSS. We can’t get a refund nor a substitute. He keeps saying it is “policy” and that I have to call head quarters. What a nightmare. Ended up FINALLY giving me a refund. HORRIBLE customer service and horrible coffee. And the furniture is ageing (the couch is ripped!) AVOID this place like the plague. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
