★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple issues with this branch over and over forced me to go to head office, even then they continued to mess up with simple task such as providing a printed direct deposit sheet 3 times!!! Wrong account info completely and I didn't get paid for 3 weeks as a result of this. Branch manager told me its not his problem...horrible service. This branch has single handily made me close all of my Alterna products; Mortgage,Personal loan, Checking/Saving accounts and credit card.
I am sure they will provide a generic reply
