★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our advisor simply disappeared on us without warning . Stopped replying stopped updating us she simply vanished. As a result we couldn't bid on houses and lost a few good ones.We were left in limbo. I'm going now to a mortgage broker much more professional and got me a better rate anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get a hold of someone at the branch via phone is impossible. Been promised my issue would get resolved 4 days ago, no news, unable to reach anyone, I even went to the branch in person, and been told someone will call me....nothing so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my resume this week at BMO College Square unit with a bank teller as the manager was busy. She looks like an Asian girl and she was wearing a beige sweater. She treated me extremely bad with an unpolite unprofessional tone. I felt humiliated and I will never forget that.
There are kind and polite ways to encourage a candidate to apply on the website and you do not have to treat your candidates badly. Also, no one should feel obliged to hire me, but you guys are obliged to respect me as a woman seeking an opportunity in difficult times.
Anyway, I have seen poor reviews regarding customer service in this unit. Maybe this is the time to analyze the team and try to fix the communication skills asap.
p.s I just remind you that I wore a mask, I sanitized my hands, I kept a social distance and the bank was pretty empty when I left my resume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in line for 28 mins with 3 people being served, left and same 3 people being served. Nobody at the desk to even make an appointment went to the car and called the bank to book an appointment and all busy leave name and number. No thanks….. I’ll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always but holds on my account, so I have to show up there and this is the secand time that I show up and they say it was done and I am good to go but nthing is working and I have to show up again to the bank because customer service can't help online , what a waste of time
