They know their stuff and you can tell they really care about you making a purchase that best suits your needs. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, my family and I are incredibly happy with our purchases. We will definitely be back the next time we need new shoes. Thank you so much Nathan for helping me and my boyfriend (he is finally wearing a pair of shoes that fits and is comfortable for him!) and thank you also to Christine for helping with my parents' purchases.

I love online booking, but thought my appointment was virtual. It turns out it was in person. It all worked out, but I felt awful leaving Nathan waiting for over 30 min for me. When booking, it should give you the option of in person or virtual at either of the two locations in Ottawa. That way people know what they are booking for and avoids what happened to me today.

Today, Jorge spent a great deal of time helping my 92-year-old grandmother try on a few pairs of walking shoes. It was her first time out shopping for anything since the start of the pandemic. Her mobility is somewhat limited (she walks with a cane) and she moves very slowly. Jorge was very patient and knew exactly how to help her get the shoes on and off without seeming patronising. Even better, he listened carefully to her feedback and validated what she was saying about the fit instead of dismissing her concerns. He also recommended to us someone who could come and fit my grandmother for new orthotics at home - which would be a big help! My grandmother didn't have the energy to try on more than two or three pairs today, but at least we made a start in trying to find her some new shoes, and hopefully we will be back another day to try another couple of pairs until we get the right thing.

The expertise and advice was so helpful and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for new shoes and in need of advice from an expert. Extremely knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Just a pleasant and useful experience. I bought my third pair of shoes from them and continue to be very satisfied.

I hover between 13 and 14 and it's very challenging to find something not only in my size but the type of footwear i"m looking for. Well......Let me tell you about this young fellow that works there. His name is Nathan. He was determined to find me the footwear that I was looking for. Three huge challenges, size as I mentioned above but also footwear that my orthotics would fit into. On top of that I needed running shoes AND boots. Well, after the better part of 1 hour of him bringing out a dozen or more shoes and boots he found what I needed. Never once did I sense he was getting impatient, as a matter of fact he seemed to have a sense of accomplishment. He also, along the way, explained to me about everything footwear associated with how it interacts with the body is incredible. I am 57 years old and learned more in 1 hour than my entire life. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Bravo Nathan!!

And the Manager Susie was professional with finding not only my requested shoe but a second option for my foot size. Then she reserved it for me and I was in at around noon. On Saturday. My shoes where found and while trying out the recomended shoes I bought them and walked out with them on my feet. Been wearing them for 2 days now. And I like em.

The New Balance 1080 is their flagship shoe and is a dream to wear! I bought 2 pairs of these a year ago and they are still so comfortable. They do need a cleaning from winter wear but I’m buying a new pair this springtime.
