i just brought two pairs of leggings yesterday and i usullay come in just to purchase the leggings, because they are comfy. none of the associates told me about the return policy and unfortunately i had no idea about the policy because I have never returned anything before. Unfortunately i brought a 2Xs instead of a small and today morning i just took of the tag to wear it and i saw that its a 2xs and immediately i went to the store to return it. THE manager at the bayshore mall was a very rude person literally and instead of understnding tje situation she lied to the customer service center on call thay I wore the leggings for a few hours. P. S- can someone pls tel me how would i have worn those leggings if it was two sizes smaller?? really bad customer service! .

Customer service was spectacular for me today. One lady went out of her way to get me everything I needed and double checked I had the right sizes. I felt very welcome in the store! Also bought two pairs of pants that I'm very excited to wear to work.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any store. I bought an outfit that costed me over $400, and I kept the blazer but wanted to return the top and skirt and they still had the receipt in the bag with the tags in the bag but were not attached to the items. It was only a day old. I just bought it the night before and they would not return them. I just wanted an exchange and they would not even do that! I called a different aritzia location and they had no problems with exchanging it. The one in Bayshore called me a liar and they needed proof so they asked the other aritzia location call them. Probably the worst experience I have ever had!!! I ended up echanging it at the Rideau mall Aritizia and they were nothing but helpful!!! I do not recommend going to the Bayshore location. They are super mean and dont even smile or say hi.

I love Aritzia for its style and selection. Staff at this location are always helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the quality of clothing so I purchase classic pieces for durability.

I do not recommend this store in bayshore! The staff is very unprofessional. I went to the store on January 5th to buy a birthday gift for my friend in China. But the size I choosed is out of stock. The staff told me she can order one and I can pick up in the store. Just need 2-3 days. So I paid and order one. Until now I still don't get that clothes. I called the store. The staff who answer the phone is sooo rube. And told me it's will cost 7 business days or more ( This is completely different from what the previous salesman said). They will call me when it's ready and hung up the phone. Very bad experience.

If you prefer quality over quantity, this is your brand and store. High quality winter coats for young ladies and elegant pieces for the working professional. I find their clothing looks and ladies in my life tell me it feels good after many months of wearing them, unlike the fast fashion brands which don't look the same after 1 or 2 washes. The ladies at this store are attentive and genuinely interested in helping customers. They helped me exchange a jacket I bought at aritzia.com for a smaller one. They didn't have it in the store so they took the big one and shipped the smaller one to my house. Charlotte was particularly helpful and had great advice to offer. The store design is appealing and welcoming.

DISCOUNT ITEMS!!!!! As soon as I laid my eyes on their famous cloud puff in the store, one of their girls approached me and helped me. After finding out my desired size and colour was out of stock, she started to tap things on her screen in order to order it for me online. I told her I can order it by myself later, but she didn't stop tapping and told me it will be faster if she ordered it for me. I felt it was kind of pushy as I didn't even have a chance to try it on before buying it, but I figured I can always do returns if it arrived not fitting, so I said OK. But she didn't tell me their rigid return policy. All discounted items, even it is only two bucks discount, they don't refund after purchase. They will only do store credits. And that jacket I bought is with a 10% discount. So when I received my jacket and it ran way too large, and it was already the smallest size they had, I had a really hard time to return it. I called the company, and told them the story, but they were pretty firm and will only do store credits. Then I called the store and told them what happened, fortunately the girl Alicia who answered the phone listened. Thanks to her I could eventually make the return and get the refund. All the four stars go to the helpful employees in the store. I hope those girls could carefully explain their return policy to the customers when they offer to order for them online, instead of closing the deal in a hurry without telling this very rigid and special policy. I was supposed to go back again and again as I really like their style, but now I will think twice before I buy anything from them again because of this terrible return policy and my not-so-happy shopping experience, .

The girls at this aritzia, are a lot nicer than at other locations. Very easy going and helpful. I bought shorts on sale and I came back an hour later asking to swap with a different size and even though its against their rules they swapped for me. I really appreciated that and I would always choose this location over the one downtown.
