★ ★ ★ ★ ★ love this store and brand, the staff are friendly. I love that they dont retouch the photos and use girls of all shapes and sizes for advertising. A good positive message for girls and women! i recommend shopping here best for bra-lettes, cozy cute outfits and good socks too.

She was extremely helpful with her advice on which items would be the best for me based on what I was looking for and she helped me to exchange the two items I had bought but been unable to try on from another location even without my receipt. I was really happy with my service.
The store itself is really clean and well organized/maintained for a mall clothing store. There were no piles of unfolded clothes or fallen items on the floor. Be aware that the staff will push you to buy sale items or upsell to you when you leave the change room and at the register, but that is their job after all so don't feel pressured or judged to say no, they don't mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying I am I long long time customer of Aerie Bayshore and it has always been a wonderful experience.
Yesterday however was not the case. It was messy, disorganized and cluttered. I had a difficult time finding sizes as all the drawers were miss labelled and so full that they were over flowing or so empty that there were very few choices. There was a girl working in the back change rooms who was very helpful but at no point did any one offer any assistance on the floor when I was searching for 20 minutes. The two stars are for the girl in the change rooms who's name I sadly do not remember. She did mention she was a front cash supervisor. She is probably the only reason I'd return. Bra shopping is supposed to be stress free and fun...this was frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothing is great, but sales staff are another story, one in particular! I was shopping there on Dec. 4when the one sales girl approached me 3 times wanting to help me, I had told her the 1st 2 times I was "just looking", that didn't seem to stop her from doing it a 3rd, so I walked out, it's like she is there to drive customers away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers here are so sweet and helpful! They are always willing to help and always positive. I love coming here because of the great and beautiful workers and Aerie's great products. The store is also always displayed/organized so nicely. The best store experience I have ever received!
