β β β β β Thereβs a lot that I could say about this location and I think itβs important to say that itβs not ALWAYS terrible. I have had good experiences here but they are almost always over powered by the bad ones. Let me just offer you a word of advice ... If youβre going to measure someone - ask them before you touch them. I felt so uncomfortable just having somebody measuring my chest without needing, wanting or agreeing to a measurement. Very pushy location

I struggled to find that perfect fit.. and returned my bras 4 times before finding the right one ... and everytime I went back in I was so embarrassed but not a single worker ever gave me grief.. they were sooooo beyond helpful and made me feel comfortable and did everything they could to find that perfect bra! Thank you ladies !!!

β β β β β It was my first time coming to this la senza location and i had just got off work, i was absolutely DRAINED. I instantly got greeted by Sam and i can very confidently say that her service was the absolute best i have ever received, EVER!!!!! She is an absolute angel! She was so friendly off the bat and she literally was an angel. She went out of her way to make sure i had everything i needed, and then SOME MORE. I asked her if they had a survey i could fill out for her and told me i could actually just talk to the manager which is also an AMAZING manager. She was just so sweet and was really happy with my feedback! She rang my purchase, helped me make a new membership since we couldnβt find my last one, and was just overall wonderful!!! Needless to say, Sam made my absolute day and honestly I would literally go back to La senza just to be see by her again! The whole team was really really friendly as well!!! To anybody who sees this, GO SEE SAM AT LA SENZA BAYSHORE SHEβS THE BEST!!!! β‘

β β β β β The best customer service I have ever received!! Elisa was sooo extremely helpful, relatable and honestly just a genuinely awesome person! She helped my friend and I find everything we needed made sure that we were happy with everything and is definitely one of the best staff members there!! You never get that level of customer service anymore but when we walked out of the store we were extremely happy! Adrianna was also amazing and made sure that we knew about all the deals. You two rock!!!

β β β β β Super amazing store for every lady. They did my bra size fitting and gave me my actual size, felt soo good. And didn't mind spending $$$, totally WORTH IT! Would definitely recommend and would be going back for sure!
