This location is amazing! There was a bit of a lineup but that just means they're really following all the distancing rules and regulations which made me feel so much safer! The staff are so sweet and helpful! I think this is going to be my home store β€οΈ

β β β β β I went in Saturday March 14th around 10 am and I received the worse customer service!! there were two girls working. No acknowledgement, no courtesy, no service. I was the only one in the store and not once did they ask if I need it help and when I asked the blond girl for help she said "whatever is out is what we have left" and walked away in the past I been asked what size I was looking for and they have even gone to the back to see if they have more. When I asked to try a few things on she just pointed me to the back. They were more concern about their weekend plans than helping me. I walked away with nothing since I was annoyed with the service. I been to this location before and I have never had such a bad customer service experience I have always had a great experience, but not this time.

β β β β β My experience began lovely , I was greeted by a nice young woman who explained the sales to me . As I shopped I had some questions about a bra so I approached the girl at the cash where I could hear her loudly on the phone talking about things such as Instagram , a guy she had a crush on and then she started talking about how disgusting the fitting rooms at the store were and began insulting one of the employees. All while ignoring me standing right in front of her and trying to get her attention. I was then approached by another employee who luckily answered my questions until she was interrupted by phone girl who come to find out is the assistant manager. When I checked out she was rude when I didnβt want to give her my private email address. I am highly disgusted by this behaviour. Clearly gossip is more important to her than I was.

β β β β β DO NOT COME HERE IN THE LAST HOUR THEY ARE OPEN. After two negative experiences here, I have decided to go somewhere else. My schedule allows me to go here in the evening, today they were open until 8, I arrived shortly after 7pm and at 7:15 when I asked to try on items, they informed me that their fitting rooms are closed for the night... 45 minutes before they're closed AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. To make it all the better, I was in yesterday around 7:30pm and the fitting rooms were open with a line and the store was quite busy. Due to health concerns I was unable to wait in line and went home, so with an empty store, you can see my surprise when they told me fitting rooms were closed. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service and even though I can walk to this store I will be bringing my business and recommending everyone else to shop somewhere else.

β β β β β Looking for a guardian Angel for bras? Then look no further. Walked in, was greeted by Angel and she took the time and patience to help me find the perfect bra for my pregnant body. She was professional, efficient, and listened to what I liked and didnβt like. Didnβt feel any pressure to buy any of the bras but since she found two that were perfect for me, I had to get them. If you go in, ask for Angel! She is awesome.

β β β β β Shopping for swimwear is sometimes a traumatic experience, but your staff member Gabby was so very, very helpful and kind when I visited on the afternoon of March 7th. I'm not the easiest to fit, but she helped me find pieces that were very flattering.
This is, by the way, the latest in a long series of positive experiences with store staff at this location. Thanks, everybody!
It's also worth mentioning that the various pieces I've purchased over the past two years have held up to wash & wear extremely well -- La Vie en Rose items hit a nice balance between quality and price.

β β β β β I just left the College Square location and I had a wonderful experience. Both Angel (manager) and Gabby were amazing. They helped fit me properly and gave me different options to chose from. I highly recommend going to be fitted by them. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
