I went back this morning and they would not exchange it. They couldn’t even help me out or give me a contact number. What a poor service!

I really like the quality of the suits and the fact that the staff can guide you in picking out what works best for your body type. I've had the suites for a few years and they haven't faded at all.

V	Valerie Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good product, poor customer service I went twice to this store for its excellent reputation for chlorine resistant swimwear. Both times there was a rather bored young man who sat there and barely looked up. He wasn’t rude but he was distant and curtly answered questions and offered no help or service except when I could not reach a swimsuit that was too far up to reach. He made me feel unwelcome. Granted I am not an athlete but an ordinary woman who is not in great form. But I do enjoy my swim and aquafit classes at the local pool. Perhaps they prefer to serve swimmers who compete in swim meets or swim teams?! I needed a swimsuit that fit me well after having lost some weight. But he was of little help in showing me any options. I left rather disillusioned. I did go back and ended up buying a swimsuit because I needed one for a trip but it was not exactly what I liked as they didn’t have my size in the one I preferred. I strongly suggest a sales person who is a better communicator and one who is interested in customers. Of all ages and sizes. If he were one of my staff I would have put him on notice for lack of customer service.
M	Melva Ritchie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove from Alta Vista all the way out to Greenbank to Aquasport, only to be told that if I wanted an Aquafit swimsuit between sizes 10 to 20, forget it - they have no stock and can't say when they might get any. So disappointed.

It’s been almost a week and her rashes are still red and I’m pretty upset. I didn’t get any rash at all with mine. The young lad that helped us actually told us the wrong way to use the floats that didn’t help this situation in any way thus my edited review. They do have a wide selection of googles and gear so no choice to shop here unless you buy online in Ottawa.
