This is incredibly devious and inexcusable in a competitive market. After many complaints, and no concrete answers, this business is not recommended in the least.

Some of the styles fit me oddly, but I found a couple I love, so if the first style you try on doesn’t work, don’t give up!

Unlike other stores that have mis-sized me for years, the Change lingerie staff know what they are talking about- due in part to the fact that they have their own sizing system and they take the time to really help you find the perfect fit. I found the staff very knowledgeable, helpful (and they were not condescending) There are a variety of options to choose from based on your needs. It is very pricey but the quality is high and you will find a fit that will last for a long time. (Also they are pretty!)
m	misatim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The change rooms are too small for one person let alone two people to be in, yet the staff insisit on coming in. Very much the hard sale from staff. As for fitting you, they have no idea what a bra fitting is. The woman kept insisting the bra fit when half of my chest was lumped out, that is my point. Claim to have large cups sizes, they don't. The bras are designed for women who have broad shoulders, if you have broad shoulders this is the store for you. "Most" of the bras have padding, so you will sweat in them

When someone has to get all up in your business like that to do their job, it's really important to have the right type of person, and that's Emily. This is the first time I get a bra that feels like I'm wearing nothing, so my assumption is that that means that I have the right fit for the first time in my life. The only feedback I have is that the bras in the larger sizes are not as nice as the bras in the smaller sizes.
