★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were trying to sell a return that was a stained white comforter for full price! It was the last one and good thing I pulled it out and checked it! I asked at the counter if they could give me a discount because they couldn’t offer me an unstained one and it was the last one and had 3 visible stains on it. The perpetually unimpressed manager said she could give me 10$ off.....Brutal customer service, didn’t offer to look for another, didn’t smile once or try to be friendly at all the entire time. Never going back and spreading the word to other Orleans folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a typical Marshall's. It won't wow anyone but it is relatively well stocked and organized. We got decoration for Easter and they were much more affordable than we had budgeted for; which was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Marshall’s having high expectations that there would be some great deals and a variety to choose from considering this is a new location, but I was underwhelmed and thought that Winner’s has much better selection. It wasn’t even very clean when I went in. The clothes section was disorganized, so was the accessory section. I don’t think I will be back here for a while!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has lots of parking. Inside store is large but clothing is still in a sense poorly organized and I find it troublesome finding certain colors or patterns. Marshall's is the same as winners really. Good prices but takes a bit of time. Staff are nice. I've never seen a dressing room line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool concept. They have a huge variety of clothes rather than lots of the same style. I understand why people love this store. I'd give it a five star of the prices were a bit more competitive which may not be realistic
