K	Kelly Rigole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful store. Lovely way to spend an afternoon with the kids. They even have a Lego area for the kids to play at. Have also had crafts there for special holiday weekends.

Took the kids to the March Break activities and WE all had a great time. Excellent staff great customer service with a smile!

There are a few fun spots for them to read and do activities.There is a big selection of early readers, picture books, story books, novel-style/chapter books, and magazine-style (I'm sure I'm leaving some out). There are also many toys, puzzles, games, and stuffed animals. The whole store is well organized and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I've found or ordered some hard to find older books here with ease.

They don't only sell books, they also sell beautiful notebooks, blankets, mugs, clothes, scarves, essential oils, rocks, furtiture, and etc. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Love that they care about their community and invite their special members to Indigo Nights. They are also attached to a Starbucks.

This is a trendy store, prices reflect that. They do have some excellent sales, as well as sections of the stores that feature 3 for $10. They have multiple unisex clean bathrooms. There is an amazingly wonderful section for children and babies. They have a train play table as well as little children friendly tables and chairs where they can sit and browse through books and experiment an assortment of toys. There are science oriented games, Lego galore, puzzles, board games and so much more! At present there isn't a coffee shop however a Starbucks is being built soon. They have an excellent cook book section that features cookbooks from food to desserts to chefs and their bios. They also have an assortment of innovative BBQ tools and trendy gadgets. With very high-ceiling, this large and spacious new location has so much more to offer than just books. Two thumbs up all the way. #localguide

Indigo sells so many home items & gifts now, that they deserve their very own section - not just random shelves around the middle and end caps. So if I’m there not to buy a book, I don’t have to wander through the whole store wondering if I have missed some potential gifts. #IndigoHome

Before collecting my order I walked around the store as I wanted to look in the childrens section to purchase some things I’d seen that weren’t online. While looking around an employee approached me in a very direct manner and with a very rude tone and told me I couldn’t have a beverage in the store. I had been carrying a Starbucks beverage from the attached location, my beverage was covered and was not being consumed while I was in the store out of respect for those around me. However, this employee continued to follow me in the store and tell me I needed to take my cup outside. I asked the employee where I could put my beverage as I wanted to continue shopping, she told me it had to leave the store even though I had no vehicle or anywhere I could go put it. I felt very attacked and upset that my shopping experience had been so ruined by this employee telling me I was doing something wrong by carrying a cup in my hand. After this experience I won’t be returning to an indigo location, I felt extremely uncomfortable with this interaction and very surprised by the employees attitude. I’ve always had a great experience shopping with indigo and at this location, it’s somewhere I come often. This experience was very disappointing and I’m sad to not shop there anymore. I hope this kind of interaction doesn’t happen to anyone else.
M	Moe True North (Moreno) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was nice and clean as expected however they need to improve the online vs in person price match specially when you are physically in the store showing them the book you want to purchase fully stocked but the clerk stated that even if I bought the book online in the spot I will have to come back the next day to pick it up does that make any sense in this day and age in the middle of a pendamic? Zero accommodation or client focus with this kind of policies and attitude towards clients time will tell how long business will last. Will not step foot in here again I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Not impressed at all.
