Trillium Dental - Orleans

I arrived on time for my appointment and didn’t get in for 30 mins after on a Thursday afternoon when I was the only one in the waiting room.

If you are looking for a new dentist, this clinic does excellent work and is extremely good at putting patients at ease while also working with them to address any concerns (whether dental, financial, or otherwise). I've had pretty extensive work done here due to a former dentist (from elsewhere) that did sub-par work in my early twenties, and I am continuously impressed with Dr. Aguilar and Dr. Bartos. Their fillings last, they stand behind their work, and they are really good about making recommendations or helping to find solutions if you need to prioritize work because of insurance limits (while also telling you what really can't wait). Dr. Aguilar, in particular, is a lovely, kind, and compassionate person who anyone would be lucky to have as a dentist. If you have a fear of dentists or anxiety about going to the dentist, I highly recommend her. She once said, "I'm going to take care of you," regarding some serious dental work that was needed, and I feel like that's the way she approaches her treatment to all her patients. My kids also (inexplicably) LOVE coming here. I had a fear of dentists as a kid so it was a big concern for me, but they were so good with the kids that they both sat for full cleanings at ages 3 and 4, respectively (and these are kids that don't typically sit still, ever). My eldest (now 8), actually gets excited and will count down to her appointments. All to say that they are really good with kids, or at least they have some sort of secret magic spell that works on children. Either way the kids are cooperative and happy to get their dental work done :) The front desk clerks/hygienists are always fabulous every time I deal with them as well. All around, it's just a great dental practice, and I highly recommend going to them if you are looking for a new dentist.

I called a few weeks ago to get some information from the office and the lady Chantelle answered and I couldn’t have been more insulted by her ignorance and attitude . Who would hire such a hateful mean receptionist. No class and even less listening on her part . A receptionist is the main part of booking . She failed . Her job should be reconsidered by the employer

I hadn’t had any dental work in years. Just got lucky I guess and didnt need to get any for a while. But then I had a cracked tooth and needed help fast. Trillium took care of it ASAP.

My sister in law recommended this place after they helped her out with a root canal and I've been going here since I had a good first visit. I haven't had to have a major work done but they seem to be good at what they do.

I had to get a cavity filled for the first time in literally 20 years recently, and was so nervous and anxious about it. But the staff here really put me at ease and a week after the procedure, I can almost forget I ever had it done in the first place.

I had an abscess and Trillium was the only clinic willing to work me into their schedule and help me. Dr. Santhanam is amazing. Getting relief after dealing with that level of pain means this clinic has my loyalty. I've had friends tell me they charge a little more and my answer is: I don't care. They do good work and they like helping people.

I had a truly wonderful and amazing experience at Trillium Dental Orleans. My top and bottom front teeth were very damaged from a long severe illness where I was extremely malnourished for many years, taking harsh medications, and very weak and of course depressed so there was a fair amount of neglect. My teeth were rotting, stained and discolored, the enamel chipped and peeling away etc. Over two sessions I had 8 cavities/teeth filled. My teeth look BRAND new! They look perfect. I went from warning guys I was going on dates with that I had bad teeth to being able to smile fully and proudly again! It is the best feeling and a huge part of healing and moving forward with my life after a very difficult period. Trillum has given me a great birthday present this year!
