★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 7 blinds to be cut and usually have to pick up the next day. Especially 3 days before Xmas. I live 30 minutes from Orleans. The staff and manager got my blinds cut and ready within the hour of purchase. That was very nice!

I am a young mid 20's guy who just got his first home and is trying to figure out the curtain situation for the main room, I could probably use the most help with figuring out what is out there. I welcome the advice and help of sales associates typically.
Got treated by a woman in her 30's like I was an idiot for not knowing the different type of curtain styles when I was genuinely trying to get help figuring it out. Showed her some pictures of panel curtains that I liked only to be told "we don't have those, go to Ikea". It felt like the same experience that you would get from a Best Buy/ Computer shop store employee who is annoyed with how little you know and would rather snark and get out of the conversation instead of being helpful and ultimately converting you to a sale.
Really unimpressed, I wont be returning if that is the norm for treating people who need the most help and most ready to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have beautiful home decorations from pillows to art work to lighting, etc, etc. Some things are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I bought a beautiful ceiling light for my bedroom. They didn't have it in stock so I asked them if they had it at another store. The lady called another location and had them put it aside for me. Having said that, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to make your house a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small store, but the Bouclair wares are great. They're unique, trendy, and not too expensive for what they are. Too expensive for me though. ? Wish I could buy many things in there. Helpful staff as well. CAA discount is nice too, even if small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote a product review for something I purchased at this store and BouClair sent me an email (many weeks later) thanking me for my review. But my review isn’t on their website, nor are there any other reviews. Seems like a real scam to me. Hey bouclair, don’t have a review section if you’re not open to customers leaving reviews so that other customers know what to expect. What companies even do this anymore? I guess they’re not confident enough in their products.
