★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a fait aiguiser plusieurs couteaux récemment. Travail bien fait, prix honnêtes.
Petit délai avant d'avoir l'aiguisage des ciseaux, car ce devait être une autre personne qui faisait ce travail-là et elle était absente ce jour-là, mais on n'a pas attendu trop longtemps avant que ça soit fait.
Ajout (20/02/2018) - Après mon avis, on a utilisé les ciseaux à viande qui devaient être aiguisés eux aussi, mais qui ne l'ont visiblement pas été suffisamment ou même pas du tout. Le reste de l'ensemble de couteaux étaient tout à fait corrects. Seul petit bémol que j'apporte.
Au bout du compte, ça reste une bonne expérience.
Several knives have been sharpened recently. Work well done, honest prices.
A little delay before sharpening the scissors, because it must have been another person doing this work and she was absent that day, but we did not wait too long before it was done.
Added (20/02/2018) - After my opinion, we used the meat scissors which had to be sharpened too, but which obviously were not enough or not at all. The rest of the set of knives were quite correct. Only small flat that I bring.
In the end, it's still a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a birthday gift in advance as I was worried that there would be another lock down with the pandemic. When I purchased it, I specifically asked their return policy, advising that the birthday was still far in advance and if stores were to close. I was specifically told that if the item was not used I could return it no problem at any time. I am now 45 days after my purchase date and they refuse to refund me claiming it had to be done within 30 days. I also need to go back in store for a manager to see the item to maybe give me a store credit. This is insulting given that I had specifically asked their employees and was assured that there would be no problem.
