★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid a lot of money when the Gym was closed and after two months and finally they open, they tell you you should exercise with the masque on ,how the hell can I run on the treadmill with the masque on , believe me it was better if you just kept the gym closed, because the new rules don’t have any sense of logic. I am really sorry for my money that I paid for this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever ,i bought the platinum membership so we both can use the gym even if i just go for tanning i train bjj and thai box i dont use gym machines after 6 or 7 times of going tanning the very rude cashier SABRINA told me i m wrong and i m not allowed i should have read their rules ??? The person that sold me the membership told me that ,thats exactly why i buy this .YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR 10$ GYM ,now i know why i pay 150$ on my other gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend going to the location @ Saint Joseph instead, had proof of vaccination from Ontario and was refused entry, security was call and the security guards completely agreed and did not remove me because they saw I was in the right. Transferred to Saint Joseph location and had no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and bright. Plenty of equipment. Good parking. Safe location. BUT, the music is horrendous and way too loud. They need to play different kinds of music and to keep it in the background. Bringing one's own ipod/phone does not work because the speaker is on too loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this gym is good! I've been going for almost a month now, I switched over from Goodlife because no one should be paying $70+ for a membership a month... This gym has most of the equipment but right now a huge safety issue I see is that they don't have an area for just stretching and mat workouts / aren't providing mats which isn't super great in my mind- they should at least be providing mats and cooldown areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady Manager there said “je gère mon gym comme je veux” (did she get a training). It’s a franchise and customer service 1.0.1 madame!!!
I guess the cheap price comes with extremely poor customer service, and from a manager on top of it!!! Find a different gym people! SMH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason I give this gym a 2 Stars is the Lady manager as most people agree is so rude, unprofessional and needs some training in customer service, respect and how to be welcoming.
The gym only has one washroom literally one for it’s capacity. Not one washrooms divided into multiples sections…
Lots of times the wipes are empty to clean the machines….
