★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un service de haute qualité, une conseillère expérimentée, efficace, rapide et attentionnée. J'y ai fait un surclassement de mon appareil. Elle a su répondre à mes questions avec pertinence et précision et me livrer le matériel dans un temps raisonnable, malgré les conditions difficiles.
Jeunesse, dynamisme, charme, courtoisie, professionnalisme, à l'image de l'entreprise il y a quelques années. Virgin n'est plus Virgin, mais certains de ses points de vente ont su maintenir la barre haute.
Si je me base sur mon expérience récente, celui de Gatineau mérite une recommandation positive, et cette employée cinq étoiles et demie.

 High quality service, an experienced, efficient, fast and attentive advisor. I upgraded my device to it. She was able to answer my questions with relevance and precision and deliver the equipment to me in a reasonable time, despite the difficult conditions.
Youth, dynamism, charm, courtesy, professionalism, like the company a few years ago. Virgin is no longer Virgin, but some of its outlets have kept the bar high.
If I base myself on my recent experience, that of Gatineau deserves a positive recommendation, and this employee five and a half stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. Les trois employés ne connaissaient pas bien les produits, incapables d’expliquer les rabais ni le détail de la facture. Ils se contredisaient entre eux et la superviseure était de très mauvaise humeur. J’ai finalement annulé mon achat et décidé d’acheter en ligne.
Very bad service. The three employees were unfamiliar with the products, unable to explain the discounts or invoice details. They were contradicting each other and the supervisor was in a very bad mood. I finally canceled my purchase and decided to buy online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise experience , pas tant avec la succurcale de gatineau , mais juste avec le reseau de virgin !! Je recois des appel pour de la publicité a chaque jours pratiquement et ce entre 20h et 21h !! C'est tres dérengant !! Et je perds constament du réseau pour aucune raison !! Incapable de faire ou de recevoir des appels ou des textos alors que je paie pour du service illimité !! Et j'habite en ville , alors aucune raison de manquer de reseau !! Vraiment je ne recommande aucunement cette compagnie de téléphone !!
Bad experience, not so much with the gatineau branch, but just with the virgin network !! I receive calls for advertising practically every day between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. !! It is very disturbing !! And I keep losing network for no reason !! Unable to make or receive calls or texts while paying for unlimited service !! And I live in the city, so no reason to miss a network !! Really I do not recommend this phone company at all !!
