Après 1h15 perdu avec eux, ils nous ont offerts de préparer le nouveau téléphone pour que nous repassion plus tard le chercher. Nous n'avons jamais eu de retour d'appel ni été capable de les rejoindre au téléphone puisqu'ils ne répondent pas et que la boite vocale est pleine. Très mauvaise expérience de service à la clientèle.
 The staff was not able to do a simple phone replacement. After 1:15 lost with them, they offered us to prepare the new phone for us to later retrace it. We have never had a call back or been able to reach them over the phone since they do not answer and the voicemail is full. Very bad customer service experience.

En 2022-03, j'ai commencé à avoir de la difficulté avec un cell privé (OnePlus 5t) avec eux depuis plus de 4 ans !
Ils disent ne pas savoir pourquoi il ne parvient plus à se connecter au réseau (même si il fonctionne très bien avec SIM de Roger et Bell) !
Grrr

In 2022-03 I started having trouble with a private cell (OnePlus 5t) with them for over 4 years!
They say they don't know why it no longer manages to connect to the network (even if it works very well with SIM from Roger and Bell)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cell phone here. A week later I had to go back since the battery on it was not working. When I got there, the employee ripped my screen protector off of my phone and caused a tiny, nearly invisible scratch on the screen. She then told me the company wouldn't exchange my phone since I damaged it.
I have never had such horrendous service in any of the companies I've had phones with. I really hope that girl loses her job before she screws over more people.

We got an email, and contacted them right away. Its been over a week, and we have just now obtained confirmation that the additional line was canceled but no details for the additional phones that could have already been shipped by now for all we know.
Just don't get a phone from Koodo...
