★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection but their online return policy is a mess. Says you can return online purchases in store, but it turns out you can't if you live in Ontario. Pretty misleading. Won't bother with them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple times I’ve had an issue with sports experts. They don’t price match to atmosphere when they’re the exact same store, and they don’t update their online stock. Shown up multiple times to pick something up to find out somebody hasn’t updated the online stock, and the product is not available. I won’t be shopping here anymore, it’s really not worth the disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing store. The selection of inventory is absolutely incredible. Everytime I need any kind of sporting goods I always go here. The staff is also supper polite and I find the management deals with customer issues very well because I was a customer who had an issue and it was settled perfectly. Going back for sure. Good job guys!

I went to your store Sports Experts Les Promenades Gatineau and I was refused entry because I didn't have a QR code.
Even when I presented my ID and my proof of vaccination and showed the official rules of Quebec where it's saying that the visitors to Quebec can show only these two pieces of paper to be able to go to the public places, I was still refused entry to the store.
Then I called Sante Quebec and an agent confirmed my rights to enter the store, the same was told to a Sports Experts employee by the agent but the employee replied saying that the store owner had said to allow entry only with QR code, and they don't care what the laws said!!! I like how the laws work in Quebec, next step is to allow entry by the color of skin and the language the person speaks????
And most importantly that even if I wanted to have the code, I wouldn't be able to get it - I went to the office of Sante Quebec and they told me they couldn't give me a QR code because it's only for residents.
Yes, I'm not a Quebec resident but I'm Canadian and I'm fully vaccinated and I have whole rights to be in public space. Why do you discriminate against me????
