Je suis allé cherché un routeur nouvelle génération à $99 à la suggestion du service à la clientèle de Vidéotron. 3 employés au comptoir, très relâchés, se racontent des histoires devant les clients, absolument pas souriants, font signer des documents en nous "pitchant" les feuilles sans nous laisser le temps de lire. Vraiment épouvantable.
 Terrible service. I went looking for a new generation $ 99 router at the suggestion of Vidéotron's customer service department. 3 employees at the counter, very relaxed, tell stories in front of customers, absolutely not smiling, have documents signed by "poking" the leaves without giving us time to read. Really terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai fais affaire avec Jade.J ai passé 1h20 en magasin dû a des mauvaises informations du service a la clientèle.Elle a été très patiente et persévérante pour réglé mes problèmes et elle a travaillé fort pour que je sois satisfait.Si ce n était pas d elle je serais peut être rendu chez un compétiteur.
I deal with Jade I spent 1h20 in store due to poor customer service information She was very patient and persevering in resolving my issues and she worked hard to keep me happy If not not of it I would have returned perhaps to a competitor.
