They worked very hard to sort out the issue we encountered porting a number from another provider. They were able to successfully sort out for us. I highly recommend this particular stie, in Place d'Orleans.

Never ever go to this location the people here don’t know what they are doing I had one girl named amya I told her about a plan that I have seen on the web site and wanted that plan but she kept on telling me that they do not have that plan anymore as I kept trying to show her it’s clearly says on here that it’s still available she just kept telling me there is nothing she can do it’s not available so she called her manger and this man was really rude and just kept telling me they cannot help me. Disgusting the girl and man. I’ll be telling everyone not to come here no more you Fido need to change your staff

Unfortunately i've had many bad customer service experiences with this location. Most recently: I called customer service today about a plan change, and the rep suggested I go in to a store to take advantage of an offer that is only offered in store. I called ahead of time to confirm if this could be given to me, and the woman on the phone said yes and encouraged me to come in. Once I arrived, she couldn’t even be bothered to approach us. When I told her that I talked to her on the phone, she tried to dismiss me by saying she can’t do it anymore and ended the conversation there. And when I asked why, all she could do was shrug her shoulders. Bad customer service overall IMO, and clearly some employees need a bit more training :/ avoid this location if you can!

Came in to switch over to them from Rogers since Fido had a great deal running. Don’t know the name of the guy who served me because he refused to tell me, but he was not very knowledgable and spoke to me in a condescending way. I came in with the sole intention of signing up for a monthly plan with the phone I already own, but I guess they are pushed to upsell because it took a few attempts for him to stop trying to get me to buy a new iPhone. Dude looked and sounded like he was about to die of boredom. I am happy that I got the deal but the service left much to be desired. The most hilarious part was that the deal I was trying to get seemed to be news to him even though it was plastered all over every tv screen inside and outside the store.

I lost my iPhone and needed a new one. It’s been ages since I needed a new phone (lost my iPhone 6) and the customer service rep Allyssa, was awesome! Allyssa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. At first she tried to see if we could find my old phone, using her personal phone as an example. Then we went through all the new phones, plans, upgrades, etc. Allyssa even set up my phone for me once I picked one out, and she even took the time to make sure all my data and files transferred from the lost phone. Not only that, Allyssa even took the time to run through some of the features on the new phone. Fido has a great employee!

I am writing this review to commend the fantastic work by Fadhiya and Saphia today at this Fido store. For nearly three hours, they made countless phone calls to customer service, attempting to sort out a problem with the activation of my account. They demonstrated great teamwork together by simultaneously helping out multiple clients while sorting out my complex and challenging issue. Throughout this process, they remained calm, professional and determined to figure out the problem, even when faced with barriers from customer service. It was a privilege having them help me with my issue today. They are a great asset to the team at this Fido store. Thank you Fadhiya and Saphia for your your help today!

Props to Saphia for activating my new phone and my girlfriend phone while having arrogants clients on her back for having some technical issues at the same time! She kept her calm all the time and did what she had to do. Really patient and friendly place to go shop for cellphone ! Plus she found some good descent contract that makes us really happy :)
