★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koodo, you and your Koodo Protection Plan company (esecuritel) are some of the most thieving and horrid companies me and my girlfriend have ever dealt with. All I have received is lies and misinformation from both of you. If anyone is thinking of switching to Koodo, don't. If you're thinking of purchasing their protection plan, RUN! Terrible Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I was having a problem with my Prepaid Account and was getting little help elsewhere, so I visited the Koodo Kiosk in the Place d'Orleans Shopping Centre. Even though prepaid was not their thing, Michelle took charge of the problem and worked with Koodo Support through phone and chat and web. It took well over an hour to resolve but it did get fully resolved. Other staff were helpful too in trying to connect with a human at Koodo. The next time I need a phone this is where I am heading to first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a review of the phone service itself but rather the customer service. Both me and my wife uses their services , most time we cannot call each other as our phones says dialing and nothing happens but if we both call someone it works so it's not a connection issue
The only thing the CSR could say was that this is due to connection issues and to reboot my phone.. told him I'm able to call someone else but he repeated the same
If you dont have a solution or do not know what to say just say that... This leaves me thinking I should just switch services...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever sign up for their KPP protection first of all its $9 a month on top of your plan. And the big Indian guy there didn't tell me about the deductible there is when you want to replace the phone. Hire more honest employees next time.
