★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall has definitely gone through a renovation overhaul. Although not all of it is fully renovated as of this review what I see so far is pretty good. This is a gigantic mall. New stores have cropped up and the diversity of stores is great even in its food court. I kind of miss the shooting water fountain from way back when. But overall this is a good look and it looks like they're continually growing so it's definitely worth checking out if you haven't been to it for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy shopping at this mall. It is spacious, clean and was recently renovated. The new food court is a good place to eat. I eat there regularly with my friend and so far, we have not yet been disappointed. In addition, there is plenty of parking and it's located near the bus stop (and soon to the local train station being built.) I recommend Place d'Orléans, I'm certain you will like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s definitely a very quiet type of mall there isn’t a bunch of teenagers making all kinds noise. It’s just nice to go with my infant daughter and get some shopping done without worrying about teenagers swearing a bunch near her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the mall for the bathrooms and I shopped at Mark's. The bathrooms are accessible! I love seeing activation buttons to open the door! The stalls are spacious and the handicap stall has its own sink! We went at the end of the day so it wasn't as clean but it was still very clean for the end of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really have everything shopping wise, but food court really needs more variety of options. It’s clean, all shops are on one level that makes it convenient especially with strollers, there is free underground parking and elevator is not too busy. Bathrooms are clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mall in the Orleans area. Has pretty much everything you need and food court offers plenty of different options. However, some stores have closed down and I guess they weren't able to survive during the pandemic. There's plenty of parking and mall is never that busy during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decently sized mall in the heart of Orléans. Wide range of stores that cater to a variety of different shopping demographics. The interior environment feels quite clean and modern. Parking is available on the South, West, and North sides of the building. There is a Farm Boy grocery store situated on the South-East corner of the lot, and a No Frills grocery store across the street (Place d'Orleans Dr) at the lots Western edge. The mall is connected to the nearby OC Transpo station, which services a wide range of local routes, as well as connection routes to Blair Station to the West.
