★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys don’t blame this store for not getting the phones, I also got a call few days back saying that they offers me 12 pro in just 90$ per month and that guys took all my details( even card number) . They sent me an email that looks very professional( including contact information) but using this store address. I called them several times but unable to contact. So today I called directly to the store and they explained me everything happening right now. So I just blocked my card today.
Big thanks to this store who saved me from scam.
Be aware guys and don’t blame anyone else for your own mistakes.

Previous exp:
Not especially happy about their customer service at this location. After waiting 10 minutes at gate as there was 3 people inside. A young man asked me what I’m looking for. I say popsocket mount. He says oh ya we have those then goes to check and I don’t see him for another 30 minutes!
Meanwhile a woman working there doesn’t care about anything it seems just wandering around. A Filipino woman sitting on the ground in front of counter, waiting for her cell phone that took ages.
It was a scene that could have played at the theatres lol..
I like the store though and I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years. This mini location is so convenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cell phone was over four years old, and it was time to get a new one. I popped into the Best Buy Mobile in Place d’Orleans, and the store manager, Anita started helping me right away. I had an idea of the kind of phone I wanted, Anita checked what she had in stock, and after some back and forth about the phone's colour, we both agreed on the forest green one! It was like talking to a girlfriend, which I appreciated. Anita is very professional, extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. It had been a minute since I bought a new phone, and to be honest I was dreading the experience of getting another one. Best Buy is lucky to have Anita! I highly recommend this store, even the other young man Gio helping other clients, was also very professional, and pleasant. You need a new phone go to this shop.

Maybe it's not the best option in terms of variety of phones. But it's great for phones accessories. The price for Air Pods was the same as in official Apple store.
Also, they still have the latest phones models available to try.
I found customer support well organised.
The only disadvantage that I found was that a particular phone model I asked for was not available for cash. It was possible to buy it only locked with mobile operators.
