Bought a logitech wireless keyboard there recently. One of the legs broke after 2 days. We were in Peterborough by that time. Called Canada Computers to do a return (it was well within 15 days).. They said they would inquire about it.. haven't heard back. I went out of my way to buy that keyboard at Canada Computers. I was thinking.. help the local economy. Well I learned my lesson. I've been shopping at Canad Computer locations in Ottawa since they were founded. No more. I'll simply do Amazon, at least there I can get customer service for poor sales item quality and not experience a stupid run-around when I have to return it. No hazzle shopping and I don't even have to run an "errand to a store".

Never bring your pc in here for any kind of servicing. They will give it back with more problems than when you gave it to them. Brought mine in for hardware problems, they gave it back deleted my drivers. Told me it’s unusable now.

I just made my first major computer purchase in years. The service was excellent, kudos to Evan for all the help. I am very happy with the result.

I brought my pc in to this Canada Computers location today. The PC had stopped turning on the night before. I had done some basic troubleshooting but it was time to bring it to the professionals. Patrick H. (the manager) happened to be manning the service desk when I came in. To my surprise, he was able to start troubleshooting the PC right on the spot! After several minutes, he had the motherboard out of the case and running perfectly on the workbench. Then, step by step, he was able to add all of the components from my PC and it still worked while it was sitting on the bench. Next logical step was to put everything back in the case and give it a whirl. Alas, the PC just wouldn't turn on when it was back in the case. That's when Patrick noticed one of the USB ports on top of the case was damaged. So ge gave it a try with the damaged port disconnected from the motherboard. Still no joy. From there, he unplugged the second USB port and voila, it worked. He let it boot up to Windows just to make sure and re-packed my case like it was brand new. All that trouble over a defective USB port! It was probably causing a short in the power system which was preventing the PC from turning on. I thought I was going to be out a power supply or a motherboard. In the end, 20 minutes of Patrick's time solved the problem right there on the spot. I was so relieved. If you need to get your PC fixed, bring it here, and ask for Patrick ?

Buyer beware: Can't even return defective items. I bought headphones that had a bad mic and tried to return it (in less than a week even) and they wouldn't take it back. Shop at Best Buy instead. Better prices and you can return anything no questions asked. I learned my lesson and will never shop here again.

I have been trying to get my hands on a graphic card as a Xmas present. Unfortunately, it's been a bit of a battle calling every store daily and asking if they have any in stock as it's a rare item to find so I've been out of luck! I phoned this morning and James informed me that they had a few in-stock. I asked if he could put aside for me but store policy is first come, first served! Leaving from downtown core in roads full of snow, to get there quickly was a challenge but I did manage to get there in time to get the last card. James took the time to explain the difference between 3070ti and 3080 and I did appreciate his knowledge! The sad part is that while James does his best to respect store policy, be attentive to clients while they shop, a customer who came in right after me, cut me off, disrupted our conversation and was disrespectful, rude and using abusive language towards James the entire time he was trying to serve me. All of this because I took the last graphic card! I'm not sure how he manages to remain respectful with clients, no matter what the situation is. Very sad to see that such a great employee has to tolerate this kind of behaviour. Thanks to employees at this store that are doing their best through the graphic card shortage and thanks for doing your best to ensure that the cards don't all go to people trying to buy all the cards and resell at a higher Price. I appreciate the way you do business!

Nice electronics store in the Orleans area. In addition to computers, you can purchase Smart TVs, though selection is limited. Came here 2.5 years ago to purchase a refurbished desktop computer and product is still running well. I have to give a shoutout to Guillaume who was helping me when purchasing it, as his customer service skills are exceptional and was willing to help me along the way.
