M	Michelle Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large store. The staff do not appear to be pleased working here. I observed the floor staff, in a cluster toward the back of the store, talking about eBay!! There is a large furniture department, as you can see from the photos, it is very unorganized...and dusty. There is a large selection of office chairs, although, nothing was on sale!! There are some wonderful student essentials like the dry erase oversized monthly wall planner; every type of Post-it you could ever need and a variety of organizers. Staples offers copy services, postage stamps, Purolator drop box, FedEx drop box. There is a recycle center for used cartridges etc.Their computer selection is not as good as it used to be. There are a few good deals in the clearance areas, but otherwise, honestly, I don't really see anything unique here. At these prices, I see trouble in the future for this company. Sad to report that their customer service was a 2 out of 10, at best. #localguide
S	Stephan Gauthier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often go to Staples since they seem to be a little behind in terms of innovation and pricing but they have some pretty solid deals on their software (often 80% off) which you can't find anywhere else. I've also ordered a projector screen in the past and it was delivered very quickly and still to this day works fantastic. They also have a huge variety of paper options and business services. You can print, fax and copy all you need at this location. They also offer computer technician services.

I spent all morning driving from various stores looking for a specific Christmas gift for my wife, making phone calls to every 'tech' store in my area to check inventory, with no luck. Every store either had 6 employees just standing around chatting about their weekend plans, wouldn't answer the phones or lied on website inventory stock. I called Staples, they answered the phone. I asked if they had the item I was looking for, I could actually hear the keyboard being used as they searched the database and they found my item. I went into the store, and was immediately looked after by one of the staff, without having to ring any bells for service or interrupt their TikTok video sharing session like the other stores. It took me 4 hours of hunting and headaches at other stores, it took me 5 minutes at Staples. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you, you made my day so much better by being so hassle free
S	Sébastien Durocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Copy and Print Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I was told something on the phone but when I arrived I was told a completely different story. Then the gentleman that was taking dealing with me got angry at me as if he wanted to make it absolutely clear that it was my fault that a miscommunication had taken place and only to end up walking away to deal with another customer trying to get an item shipped. I wasted over an hour trying to place an order for invitation cards while having to repeat what I needed every single time because the staff kept wandering away and telling me that someone else had to assist me only for no one to show up. Having reached the end of my patience I ended up leaving without placing the order. Clearly they did not want my business at this location.
V	Vitaliy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organised and clean store. It has many unique items. Prices on some items could be lower. For example sticky paper should cost less then 9.99$. It's not about this exact Staples, but about the network in overall. Also, I did not notice anything on sale.

However, my only criticism would be that their fax machine is not really reliable as it does not seem to process documents well. Finally, you can recycle electronics here so yeah for protecting the environment!
