S	Stan Tesher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Montreal, over 80, jewish, and have been eating bagels from the best wood-fired bagel establishments in Montreal (St. Viateur / Fairmont), Ottawa (Kettlemans) and Toronto all my life. I have found THE BAGEL RUN to be absolutely as good as any of them. The staff and service is excellent. There is a facebook site worth visiting as well. The owner is very customer oriented. Great store, clean and covid safe.

The bagel itself was small but lots of flavor. I got the onion bagel with bacon chive cream cheese. The cream cheese was super delicious and lettuce,tomato and cucumber was fresh ! The reason why i gave 3 stars is the staff! I had a young woman who barely spoke to me when i walked in, no smile. When i was trying to decide which cream cheese to choose she just pointed at a sign. No suggestions, no words . Then she took about 10minutes to toast the bag. Bagel turned out a little burnt for my taste. When i paid, again, no smile, no goodbyes. Hopefully when i come back, there will be another staff member.
A	Amanda I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge fan of their store-made cream cheese, especially the herb & garlic! Simply delicious! And it's a nice touch that they included a branded cream cheese with every half dozen bagels. Mornings tend to be busy so I prefer going in the afternoon when I can!

Every time I visit I always buy enough to last me through the next week. My kids devour them. I have only tried their house made herb and garlic, it's delicious.
