★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in, had to wait to get seated. Made eye contact with a couple of bartenders/hosts yet not a single one came to seat me, they continued their conversation. Ended up leaving after a few mins of wait. Lack of service and courtesy that’s for sure. Disappointing since I usually get great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic server - polite, pleasant and fast. We did indoor dining (before Ottawa rolled back to phase 2 again) - our meal came out within a few minutes of ordering. Fantastic date night specials making things more affordable.
They’re doing a great job with physical distancing between tables. When we went, the Google Maps listing was incorrect - it said they were only doing take-out when in fact they were open for inside dining as well.
Good luck weathering the storm.
PS wish your chain would publish nutritional information online like other pub chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not feeling the love this evening. Turned up specifically for the Prime Rib tonight to be told there was none left. And this was at 7:00pm. The day I have to call a restaurant ahead, to make sure they have what's on the menu that evening, that's the day I stop going. Bitterly disappointed.

Our server was busy but did a great job making sure the party I was with was well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family ordered dinner from Barley Mow last night (Jan 21). We ordered our food online through the website, and unfortunately when we went to pick up our order from this location , we realized, by mistake, we ordered it to a different Barley Mow far way from where we live.
After Orleans Barley Mow spoke with the other restaurant they decided to honour our order, and we did not have to pay again, and barely waited any time for them to cook our order. The food was delicious and fresh, we were so happy, and so grateful we didn’t have to pay again, even though we were prepared to do that. This place will have a special place in our heart as we are local and will remember this moment for sure! Thank you to the team and owners here! The best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice Saturday night dinner with great portions, quality beer, and a nice atmosphere.
The live music was a little quiet and the food took a bit long to reach us, but that's all that takes this away from a 5 star. Wouldn't avoid this place in the future!
