Honestly, this place is awesome. The prices are higher than the dollar tree but the quality is better. Also, I don't find them overpriced for what you get. This is my go-to for party decorations. Highly recommend.

The staffs are all very friendly. However, the helium balloons I purchased at 1pm on Friday starting dying at 7pm same night. Today (Saturday), the balloons are on the ground as of 8am. If you need balloons, do not get it the day before. And this is for both latex and foil balloon. In contrast, the 3 other foil balloons I got from dollar tree is still in perfect condition. Premium price does not equal better quality :(

Horrible customer service. They refused to sell me two items because they were "on recall". They didn't offer any solution and they couldn't care less about our frustration. When we told them we were not going to buy any of the items we chose for my daughter's birthday party, they simply shrugged. Situation didn't changed when we spoke to the supervisor. Same indifference to our problem.

Good selection but overpriced. I had a bunch of items that were clearly marked on sale. When I went to the cashier, the price was $4 higher. They refused to honor the lower sale price and said it was a mistake because the computerhad a different price. It took them 30 minutes to figure things out. Was a waste of my time.

Excellent customer service, lots of options for birthdays, baby shower and events. A bit pricy compared to other comparable type of stores so I just pick the main items for my event from there and the rest from other places (ex.: utensils, plates, etc).

Placed an order two weeks in advance for my sons birthday, came to pick it up and order was lost and they said they would look for it and to come back. I called before returning, again item STILL not ready. Extremely unimpressed with this location. No apologies either for the extreme delay or lack of communication/organization

I’ve been buying from party city for years for various occasions… but this year I am extremely disappointed. Poor customer service regarding my concern. I placed an order weeks ahead of Valentine’s Day so that I am not scrambling the day of, to then realize I am missing the teddy bear for my daughter’s first Valentine’s Day! I received phone calls and emails notifying me that my order is ready for pick up and no one ever mentioned the item was not available, nor is it mentioned on the email. I was told it’s mentioned in the email and also that I wasn’t charged. I double checked the email and no where was it mentioned that the item wasn’t available. So I then attempted to call back the store to advise them and was placed on hold as soon as the representative answered the phone and remained on hold for over 20 minutes & no one came back on the line to me!!! I disconnected the call as they clearly don’t care to waste peoples time

I just had the worst customer service here. Based on the other new recent reviews, it seems that terrible customer service is now the norm at this establishment. After waiting in line for at least ten minutes, I made it to the counter just as the store closed. The lazy and useless staff refused to fill the balloons that I had patiently waited in line for at least ten minutes for (and I entered the store at around 5:30pm, half an hour before closing). Even when I explained to the staff member serving me that it was my daughter's birthday in the morning and that I would like her to wake up to the balloons and that I had been in the store way before it closed and that I had waited in line patiently, the staff's answer was, "sorry we're closed, you should have come earlier." I repeat, I had been waiting in line prior to the store closing. Honestly, there was no good reason for the staff not to serve me other than sheer staff laziness. These people will never get my business again. I am appalled at the lack of customer service. Shameful! Absolutely shameful and I will go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Thanks for making my kids birthday special.
