★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location and I have dealt with the red hair lady and I’ve known her for most of my life in Ottawa. This woman is a sweetheart and would never “scam” anyone like so many are saying. It’s disgusting how some of you sit here and bash her when it all was an error. We’ve all made mistake and this one was corrected by the store. So again get all your facts checked before you sit behind your little keyboards and slander someone.

She is a human being and made an error which was quickly corrected. We are ALL human and ALL make mistakes. I will continue to shop here always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location today to buy baking soda and when I got home there was some baking soda coming out of the bottom.i went back and exchanged for another. I was served by the red haired lady and was served by her when I was there about an hour previously . When I told her I wanted the baking soda exchanged for another, she said all the baking soda boxes there have breaks at the bottom. If that's the case then they should fix them
The negative reviews about that cashier are right. I find her to be a little too blunt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could definitely use an extra open cash. Aisles are small and narrow so expect 0 social distancing. Good place to stock up on a few staples (snacks mainly) but of course their non perishable goods come straight from China and have extremely low quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short red haired lady would never have stolen money from anyone, I personally worked with her for almost 10 years at another shop and she was hilarious, hard working and kind. She is also one of the most honest "say it like it is" amazing woman I have ever met. I hate to see people slander someone over a mistake that could be reversible at the establishment it happened at, she would never take advantage of someone like that, not ever. And to hope someone loses their job during a pandemic is just pure nastiness!
