I'll keep it blunt, It's a store that receives returned good and unopened amazon goods. Is it worth your money 100%, do you take a risk ofcourse. The staff are always helpful and they're just doing their best + covid restrictions are met. Enjoy.

Ok... parking is a problem. Please suggest to buyers where they might park to avoid a ticket. I went on Monday... with time and patience. I found 5 great gifts for grandchildren... all new... still in boxes... Based on Amazon... I saved $120... thrilled. It was a bit of a mess... but I would go again.

Went on a Sunday which is the $15.99 day and there was nothing of value left. Most things appeared broken or missing parts. Maybe if you went on a Friday when they release a fresh batch of goods and everything is $25.99 it might be worth it, but for me it was a big waste of time. I had such high hopes too. Oh well. I might check it out again if ever in the area on a Friday.

No quite as advertised. They remove more valuable items at the end of each day. So no you won't get that deal the next day at a lower price because it won't be there. Come back next week and it will show up again.

No chance of Social distancing here! Running at 50% capacity? I’d hate to see it at full capacity! Not worth the hassle. There is no parking. They only have a handful of parking spots next to the door. I went on a Monday ($10) The bins are full of empty boxes, broken items, incomplete sets and things that are still in the plastic you have no idea what it is because it’s in a clear plastic bag with a bar code, no description and you can’t open it. So much garbage! What I mean for instance is a box of disposable paper masks that was opened and was all through the bins. There was a box of cereal that was opened and other food. There was one shoe (who wants one shoe?) and there were some other very random things. Anyone looking to purchase a gag ball? This is your place, as seen in the photo I posted! I feel bad for the people who got the $100 parking tickets! Better luck finding a deal at Value Village unfortunately.

We went on Sunday everything was $15, I did not see anything that was a great deal, a lot of phone cases and screen protectors. Also a lot of the items for sale were from AliExpress, I would say 90% of it.

Great deals all week long. The highest prices occur on a Friday, where items are 25.99 plus tax brings it to 29.37 per item in the store. Now each day of the week the prices decrease, for example, Saturday's prices is $20.99, Sunday's are 15.99, Monday's are 10.99, Tuesdays 5.99, Wednesdays 2.99 and on Thursdays is the cheapest day which is $ 0.99cents per item. As the days prices decrease,so does the stock. From Friday, the best and new items are put out, and as the days pass and each day the items are rummaged through, it causes the prices to decrease even more on the next day.By Thursday there isn't much left, but what is left is worth 99cents. The store opens from 11am-6pm,and if you plan on getting a deal on Friday when there is fresh stock, get there an hour earlier as the line up is crazy, since everyone wants a chance at new items for $25.99, which is the cost per item on that day.

I came by Quick Picks around 1pm on a Tuesday (5$/item). I have been waiting for one of these Amazon returns store in Ottawa for months. Here are my honest thoughts: First of all, the store is not very big. There is probably around 20 bins. The store itself lacks COVID protocols. There are no walking arrows or social distancing control. The quality control within the bins themselves is also lacking. There were probably at least 5 employees walking around taking a few broken items, or empty packaging from the bins but nothing more. They should be walking with big boxes taking everything that is unsellable out. People are also opening boxes and bags which is something they are not supposed to do, but there is no one making sure they don't. I spoke to an employee and she informed me they were getting a security guard next week to start making sure no one opens packages without buying them, so that was nice to hear. At the time I went, it was mostly trash, empty packaging, random food items, and random odds and ends. I will try going back on an earlier day like Friday or Saturday and see if it's different then. I did however find a couple cool things. I got new wheels for my desk chair, a small sport bag, and a computer mouse. All in all, i found around 100$ value (according to Amazon listings) for 15$, which is pretty neat. So given my review you might be wondering why I've left it 5 stars, well it's simple: This is a small business. One that has opened not even 2 weeks ago. It is NORMAL and EXPECTED for there to be issues when visiting a brand new store. Feedback is so much more important than negative ratings. I recommend all of you who visit to keep this in mind, be nice, be respectful, and help this small business grow! Stay Safe & Spread Love <3
