I tried to get some booklets printed and the online website / chat service was really slow and confusing. Especially since my project was a highly custom design. I decided to go into the store and ask for assistance there. Having gone to previous Staples stores for business I was expecting to encounter inexperienced print - staff that would tell me something along the lines of not knowing how to print this specific requirement and would've been asked to contact them by phone / online. This was not the case with Kat. She took initiative, uploaded my order, set me up an account, all in a professional and fast manner. I felt like the time that I spent there was efficient and on-point. My project is currently being processed according to my deadline and I am very grateful to this store. My business requires a lot of printing orders and usually I would use online print stores but with such service sometimes we forget what's important in human interactions. Printed things are tangible and sometimes it's better to pass on the feel of the project to those willing and responsible. I say Thank You!

Today I went to pick up my order and ask the girl there to please charge me and cut it and she refused. Also refused to print 2 extra images letter size. 1 min job. Bad experience
F	Fernande Pepin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly substandard service. The cashier was improperly trained and not exactly switched on. She made a mistake, despite the fact that I reminded her twice of the issue. She expected me to wait in line to return all my purchases to correct her error. Apparently her feelings were hurt when I pointed out her mistake. I then dealt with an other employee who apparently felt that the whole situation was normal and sent me on a wild goose chase to get the promotion certificate I needed. The issue here is the lack of proper training and the fact that customer retention according to the store manager is not an issue (I'll bet Corporate will be thrilled with this approach). It is also an issue of credibility, when employees stick together to protect one an other and the client is not afforded any credibility. As for the middle age female customer ( you know who you are) who's only company is her cat and who spends her life on FB watching Karen videos, you should know that there is such a thing as a valid complaints and incompetent staff and that your uncontrollable desire to be relevant by inserting yourself in a situation that did not concern you, just so you can spend the rest of the day congratulating yourself for standing up for a defenseless cashier was un necessary and frankly when I told you to F-off I meant it. My only regret was that I stooped to your level, something I am not proud of. I have had bad service in this store several times and have walked out empty handed on several occasions , so Yes! I am not coming back to this store, but its ok, because the manager told me that it does not matter...
J	Jessica Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ship a phone through fed ex and was told I couldn't as there is a battery in the phone and the packaging needs to reflect that. Was told to go ALL the way out the location by the airport as they are the only ones who have that packaging to then get out there and find out this fed ex location was able to ship it as the battery was in the phone. Before believing info call the place before having to drive 30 minutes for no reason with gas prices this high.
L	Lynn Richer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go by their web sight! I needed to get a new printer the sight said the one I wanted was not in stock,I would have to order it for delivery! Didn't have time to wait so went in to see what they had. And guess what was right on their shelves,just the one I had asked for & told it was not available I also called before I went in and asked them for some other info which turned out to be incorrect! Not very impressed with the info they give out. But at least the products are good and the indoor staff are polite & helpful!
