BUT not tonight.Put my order in at 7:25 pm and recieved it at approx
8:45.The order was pizza and wings.When I called to see where the order was the person said it had left 15 to 20 min ago.Hmmm.
It takes awhile for a pizza to get cold in the insulating bag.And it was.
Unfortunately no dinner for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the pizza here but whenever I order online my order isn’t ready at the pickup time. Tonight I placed my order at 5:45 pm for a 6:20 pm pickup and got an email that my order was accepted. When my husband went to pick it up after work at 6:30 they hadn’t even started making it! He didn’t get home until 7 and by then both my daughter and myself were starving. They seem to ignore online orders so you should call instead, but I prefer to order online.

Ordered from UberEats on December 08, 2021 (7:37pm) - Medium meat lovers pizza and spicy garlic dip on the side.
The appearance of the pizza looked mouth watering, but as soon as I took my first bite I realized the dough was completely undercooked! At first I thought it was the cheese that made it so stretchy, but upon further inspection I realized it was definitely the dough. I had no other choice but to throw it in my oven to cook it some more.
This was definitely not what I expected from such a high priced pizza spot! The first time I went it in to eat, it was absolutely delicious! I'm guessing they changed the cooks.
I hope that in the future you guys can gain my trust back, but as of now I will have to stick with dominoes.

I always order from this place when I want a cheesy, saucy, and delicious pizza, loaded with premium toppings. You honestly can’t go wrong with Colonnade Pizza. Although prices are expensive, you literally get what you pay for!
I am also a delivery driver for Uber/Skip/DoorDash, and never had a problem with this place. Owner and staff are super kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I was disappointed ? this time. I love colonnade pizza, but the cheese was greasy, and the dough super thin and undercooked. I want to think if this as a 1 off thing, but who knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a staple growing up and through my teenage years at Confederation High School so each time we return to visit the family Homestead, there is a minimum 1 visit... minimum. The pizza is amazing but toss in so.e zucchini and you had me at "Can I take your order?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoy Colonnade Pizza and continue to enjoy their pizzas. However, was extremely disappointed when picking up our pizza to see the two employees in the kitchen were not wearing masks. As a 70 year old I have not been that close (10 feet or so) to an unknown person without a mask in 2 years. Will not go to pick up a pizza there again during this pandemic.
