★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been with this practice for about 3yr, find staff very professional and personable always ensuring your visit is a pleasant one. I must say, my daughter used their services more than I did as I have my regular dental hygiene at a different clinic due to their high costs of charging per 15mins whereas, my dental hygienist charges for the hour. Due to Covid and not wanting to go back and forth, decided to get my teeth cleaned here. The Dental Hygienist did a fantastic job and very professional however, having to pay $402 for cleaning and X-ray (because it took longer as certain instruments were not allowed as a result of the Covid) is a tad high for any practice especially, when you are self employed and having to part with such amount. Teeth cleaning should not be based on a 15min cycle charge rate but rather, flat hourly rate as with most things and if there are additional things to do which there wasn't then tell the client and the additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This is by far the best dental practice in town in my opinion. The care and dedication to patient well-being is outstanding. Couldn't be happier to have Dr. Amy Saray as my dentist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with my experiences at Merivale Dental Clinic! The receptionist, Katie, is probably the friendliest person I’ve ever met. Dr. Amy Saray is very knowledgeable, professional, and the nicest dentist I have ever been to. Meryl, the hygienist is very meticulous, gentle, and sweet. Is it weird that I can’t wait for my next appointment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are real professionals. I went to Merivale Dental Centre for X-rays and cleaning and they did an amazing job. I was fascinating to see both the X-rays and digital photos of my teeth. I was an educational experience. I will return and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Saray is fantastic. She's always kind and attentive. I had to get a root canal done and she made it quick and painless, and was good about checking in to see if I was comfortable. The staff here is always very kind, good at giving you reminders for appointments, and great to have conversation with. I've been coming here for years and I definitely recommend.

I am impressed with the level of service and professionalism here, probably the best dental clinic I've even been in! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wanted to give them 5 stars but i had to pressure Dr.Lieu for her to perform a wisdom tooth extraction as she was being dodgy and wanted to refer me to another dentist at a different location
She also missed some cavity along the gum like on a tooth that she worked on and did a filling on
Even root canal she wanted to send me somewhere else, whats the point of going to their clinic then?!

I had to clean and fill my teeth today, but it will be the last time I will go to this clinic. The prices were so high and the service was bad.
The cleaning wasn't comfortable at all. The hygienist wasn't familiar with the cleaning equipment at all. At the end he had to ask his colleague how to start the cleaning machine. During the process, my shirt was all wet, because the water was going everywhere from the probe. On top of everything, the guy touched (burned) my tongue and lip with the probe where he put fluoride. I have also proof for it. My lip and tongue is red and I can't even talk properly.
I asked the secretary about 2 days ago to do an estimate to my insurance about the cleaning an filling, and I didn't receive the email as promised. The price was doubled at the end of the treatments. On to of that, she didn't explain that cleaning includes polishing, and fluoride (I had to pay from my pocket).
Based on the filling, the dentist was nice, but I didn't understand why I had to do an X-Ray after I had already done the filling. I was already charged for the exam about 8 months ago, but they charged me twice. They didn't even save the X-Rays I had done from the other clinic. I had to show them my email to remind them that I had already sent the X-Rays to them.
In conclusion, the service and prices were disappointing.
