β β β β β I want to take this chance to say how impressed I am. I had a bad experience the other day but Dr. Zheng went over and above to make up for it. He took full responsibility for the mishap and did a fantastic job fixing my tooth. Thank you Dr. Zheng!! I appreciate how quickly you came back to make things right again. My tooth feels great!!! Huge thanks!

β β β β β I made an appointment with Dr. Zheng for this morning at 8:00am. I made it very clear when I booked the appointment that I had to be done by 9:15 latest to make it back to work. I showed up at 7:45. At 8:20 I was informed that Dr. Zheng wasn't even at the office!!!! He didn't show up for his appointment!!! But when the patient is late or doesn't show up, they get charged!! What kind of level of service is THAT??? You book an appointment and the dentist doesn't even have the decency to show up on time for his patients!!!! I'm sure this comes as no surprise that I will be looking for another dentist!!! Someone who cares a bit more about his patients and their schedules.

β β β β β I went to Dr Zheng for wisdom teeth extraction. I had 4 taken out at once, and one of which was impacted. The iv sedation worked wonders. once the iv was in, i was "out" before i could count to 10.. during the procedure, i was conscious, if you could call it that. I could somewhat respond to what was going on, but the sedation makes it so you don't feel any pain, and makes it seem like an hour or two went by within literally 2 minutes. After the procedure, the nurse was nice enough to walk me to the car where i obviously had somebody else drive me home. Dr Zheng gave me a prescription for tylonal 3 i believe, but i didn't have any recovery pain whatsoever so i didn't need it. My jaw felt stiff, but no pain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Dr Zheng for anybody who is terrified of getting there wisdom teeth out and wants a sedation method.

β β β β β One root canal(cost 1300), nerve was not fully removed , still a little pain now, was told to have another root canal which should be cavity fix (fixed by other dentist somewhere else, cost 300+), see the difference?

β β β β β This office rescheduled my appointment 3 times within 2 days which I all agreed to. Then they called me 3 hours before my appointment to cancel it without a reason. All they said was "Unfortunately we have to move your appointment earlier or cancel it today". By the way, they have a five-business days cancellation notice policy for patients but they can cancel my appointment any time. I didn't have a choice and had to put down my work and go there earlier. Finally I got to see Dr Zheng but he seemed in a rush and kept telling me that he has another patient. After a 10-minute(probably less) conversation, I was told to schedule another appointment and pay his examination fee $133 but there was no examination done at all. Literally Dr Zheng didn't speak more than 10 sentences throughout the entire appointment which included the one "I have another patient soon and don't have time to deal with your teeth this time".

β β β β β I could not describe how horrible it is. My wife got her wisdom tooth removed on Oct,28,2021. She got infected and has experienced severe pain since the surgery. We also met another couple(she got her four wisdom teeth removed at the same time, I don't know dose that follow the code) who happened to have the tooth extraction on the day as my wife. Her situation is even worse and she went to the Ottawa hospital and got her oral surgery. All in all, the dentistry is dirty and the dentist removed my wife's wisdom tooth without x-ray. I am considering to sue the malpractice.

β β β β β I have four implants placed by Dr. Zheng two years ago. They have been working well like my own teeth. Last week Dr. Zheng made a crown for me in one visit. Job well done! Thanks!

β β β β β Not a pals-y back-slapping sort, but Dr. Zheng has a great pair of hands. Careful, clean, and adept. I've been a patient for more than a decade - he's done fillings, root canals, an extraction, and a crown for me. His dental hygienists are experienced, professional and kind.
