S	Shane Stadey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here and blew my yearly budget in a day. I had a specific tooth I needed filled and still charged me 136 dollars for diagnosis. Drill was leaking water all over me the whole time. They only wanna move forward with other cavities if I get a full mouth exam and hygenist cleaning. Which could be upwards of 400$. Seems like a big cash grab to me. With Covid 19 now isn’t the time to force people to get cleanings done when they just want a filling. The work they did was good but with the price/inflexibility over my financial situation, im seriously debating about ever going back.

The staff are friendly and professional and I have never felt like I was being pressured into dental work I didn't need. My two young children also see their dentist there and they are made to feel safe and cared for. Dr. Dibacco is warm and kind and understands how intimidating dental work can be to kids. Liking a dentist was certainly not my experience growing up, but my kids love her. Amy, our dental hygienist is also great. She is funny, knowledgeable and efficient makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this office!
j	joseph landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a tooth infection, all the staff were very caring and empathetic- something I have never seen in a dentist office in Ottawa. When I met the dentist, she was very kind and empathetic to my situation. Together, we found out what needed to be done and the dentist sat me down and went through the prices and options that were available- again, something no dentist has ever done. Overall, the service and prices here are unbeatable. You won't find better staff anywhere else.
B	Bader Juleaghim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a single visit I can rate this clinic 3 out 5. The receptionist was polite and kind. The dentist was not nice and not welcoming. She didn’t introduce herself and didn’t treat me friendly which is unprofessional. Moreover, as a surgeon with busy schedule, this clinic doesn’t open after 5 or on weekends which is another drawback. It wasn’t pleasant experience!

Will take as much time as the patient requires. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, would refer this place to anyone in the OTTAWA

The doctor and her helper doesn’t has empathy for kids. They don’t know kids language. Even the doctor ask God for patience to deal with my son. She though I don’t understand English. Being professional is the key to any business. Never think if a person is speaking in their native language they do not or understand English.
M	Matt Hoekstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE if you are struggling financially. Booked an appointment for a standard teeth cleaning. I am student, and like most students, struggling financially during the recent increase in cost of living over the past few years. I was asked if I wanted X-rays, and I declined, as they said it would be around an extra $150+ and it is not covered under my insurance. I asked if the doctor was still going to see me, to which I was told the doctor would not see you without X-rays because she didn't have the "full picture". This was surprising as previous places I have gone to, the doctor always comes in (even if for a brief minute) to have a look to see if they can spot anything out of the ordinary. The employees talked down to me and were disrespectful once I told them I couldn't afford the X-rays (and subsequent visit from the doctor, which was an extra fee as well). They even made me sign a formal document saying that I "refused" to not see the doctor, although there was no option on it to state I couldn't afford to "see" the doctor. They clearly did not appreciate being told "no". If you are financially strained / just wanted to have your teeth cleaned and checked by a doctor I do not recommend you visit this location. It's very disheartening to be talked down to, as well being pushed to the side because I could not afford X-rays, during a standard cleaning.
L	Lexie Monik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last December I had pain in my wisdom tooth, I went to this clinic, they did 2 X-rays WITHOUT THYROID GUARD!!! Back at that time I didn’t knew what is it and how important it is, by they sure did! The doctor told me that I have an infection and she can’t do nothing about it, they charged me without fixing my problem, the day after I went to a different clinic and my lower wisdom tooth were successfully removed ( I paid less than I paid in Trillium just for see what is the problem) but anyway... 3 months after I was diagnosed with aggressive thyroid cancer! Again! They didn’t use a thyroid guard on me during X-ray and they know how dangerous it can be! Be aware!!! Wish I never went there!
